This was my third oil change under the warranty at no charge, how about this people charge me $379 for extra services I was never informed of before hand, I never asked for this services to be done. I was shocked . Not right!!! I will never comeback for my oil change or services and will make sure to share my experience with other people so they don’t get their money stolen!

I recently visited Coggin Toyota at Jacksonville for a warranty service on my vehicle, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The supervisor, Ron, demonstrated unprofessional behavior and lacked the patience to clearly explain the details of the service when I requested clarification. As someone who doesn’t visit the dealership often, I expected a more courteous and informative approach, but instead, I felt dismissed and disregarded.
While the service was eventually completed, the overall communication and attitude throughout the process were not up to the standards I would expect from a reputable dealership. I hope Coggin Toyota will focus on improving the quality of customer interactions, especially when dealing with questions and concerns from customers.

Thank you for your prompt and thoughtful response. I truly appreciate your acknowledgment of the situation and your commitment to addressing my concerns.
However, I would like to mention that this was the second instance in which I encountered rudeness from the same Advisor during my service appointment, which has been disappointing. In the spirit of fairness, I want to emphasize that my experience with Juan from your sales department was the complete opposite. When I purchased my car, Juan exhibited professionalism, honesty, and transparency, making the entire process smooth and respectful.
I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more consistent level of service across all departments. I look forward to your continued efforts in improving the guest experience.

March 27th took my car for an oil change (that I didn't have time to do myself) & a previously recommended fuel induction service before a weekend road trip to Daytona Beach. The service advisor sent me this single picture after a tech ran someone's truck into the front driver side of my car. Did they give me a rental or offer to pay for one from my preferred rental car company? NO! Did they fix or even admit to the mechanical damage? NO!
Didn't get my car back until mid-April with the visible damage fixed but now the wheel that was hit was wobbling which it wasn't before. Car sat undriveable in between being checked at various service locations: not the tires being unbalanced or misaligned and not the axle Coggin tried to upsell me on after wrecking my car. The last repair shop determined the steering column was damaged and one of the employees had another Coggin dealership hit his car when it was brought in for service. Recently paid $968.93 to have the broken bushing on the right driver’s side wheel replaced.
Almost a decade of using this dealer ruined because they apparently don’t have protocols in place to prevent careless accidents and didn’t take full responsibility for all the damage they caused.

I am thrilled with the professional of Zach McIntyre and Klajdi Morati! Zach was truly the best salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. No pressure, just the facts, worked to get us a great deal that both my husband and I, as well as Toyota, felt was fair. Then Klajdi got all the financing done for us, taking his time to explain the financing and other protection options and letting us decide what fit our needs best! Bought a brand new car from here, and they conned me into a 9% APR (800 credit score by the way) because it's a "new car, so I have to finance through toyota." Flash forward a week, and I find out that's a bold face lie. Go figure, a dealership lying? Couldn't possibly be true. Thank you Daniel Conger. Other than that, the service was friendly and they gave me a better deal on a new car than Keith Pierson.

Coggins Toyota has been my go-to place for auto service on my Highlander. The Service department is focused on customer satisfaction, and Chris Horsley, the service manager, kept me informed on every step of the service.
I have been with Coggins since 2018 when I bought my Highlander from them. Their service department has been excellent in providing me with the best service and keeping me informed of all things regarding my Highlander. Thank you Coggins.

It was a Good experience. Although, upon picking up my vehicle, I had just purchased I was informed the car would be fully fueled and ready to go. However, upon arrival I found my car was missing a quarter of a tank of gas. I informed my salesman and he had no intent on satisfying my discomfort.

Three hour wait for an oil change and the rotation. I had an appointment.
Also, bad experience with our representative, Garcia, trying to quilt me in giving him a high rating.
They did not have our Platinum Plan on record. My husband took off from work, went home and picked up our plan. Then he had to go and speak with the manager. They did have our Plan on their computer.
Overall, not a good experience!
