Christian F. is awesome! Had a decent amount of maintenance needed on my Nissan Rogue and he did a great job explaining, not selling, what was needed. If you need Nissan servicing/maintenance, highly recommend scheduling with Christian!

I visited Coggin Nissan on Atlantic yesterday with the intention of exploring the Nissan Altima, and my experience with sales consultant Tom Liao was quite disappointing. I had previously driven Nissan Altimas but wanted to gather more information about the latest models, including their performance, safety features, and technology offerings. However, Tom's approach was far from welcoming. From the start, I explained my interest in diversifying my options, even though I initially had my heart set on a different car brand. I genuinely wanted to learn more about the Nissan Altima, as I lacked specific knowledge about its features and capabilities. However, Tom was not receptive to my inquiries. Instead, he insisted that he couldn't provide any information unless I asked specific questions. What added to my disappointment was the manner in which Tom chose to interact with me. He made several sarcastic comments that seemed intended to insult my intelligence. It was evident that his intention was not to assist or educate but rather to undermine my interest and make me feel inadequate. As someone in the market for a new vehicle, I expected a sales consultant to guide and educate me about the car of interest. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Tom's sarcastic remarks only served to frustrate me and further diminish my confidence in the dealership. In contrast, I've had positive experiences at other dealerships where salespeople were eager to share their knowledge and make the car-buying process enjoyable, even for those who knew little about the vehicles they were interested in. A good salesperson should aim to inform and assist customers, regardless of whether they make a purchase that same day.It became evident that Tom was not willing to invest his time in me because he likely sensed that I was exploring various options and not making an immediate purchase. He handed me a pamphlet about the 2024 Nissan Altima and instructed me to read it and return with any questions. He then mentioned that there were only three salespeople on Sundays, implying that he had other customers to attend to.Based on my experience with Tom Liao, I must express my disappointment with Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. If I were to consider a Nissan Altima as my vehicle of choice, I would certainly explore other dealerships rather than making a purchase at this location, especially with that particular sales consultant. As a customer, I expected more attentiveness and professionalism, which was regrettably lacking during my visit. In summary, I believe the dealership should ensure that its sales staff prioritize customer service and aim to provide a positive and informative experience to all potential buyers.

One star is too much. First I want to say is if you need work done on your car take it to sandalwood shell across the street from Nissan. They are are very honest and I have gone to them for 30 years. The only reason I went to the Nissan dealership was the transmission needed a flush and my mechanic wouldn't do it because it's a nissan. I also go to that rainbow carwash by regency if I just need a oil change and a car wash It's a good deal and it's quick. I love my mechanic but you have to make an appointment so if I need something major I take it to sandalwood shell if I need just a oil change I take it to to rainbow. rainbow are the ones that told me I would need my transmission flushed and they said that is something they don't do. So when I went to my mechanic for new tires and alignment I asked if they would do the transmisson flushed they told me because it is a nissan I would have to take it to a dealership. so I took it to the dealership. so it was time for a new oil change and made appointment with nissan. so 1st of they wanted $70 for just a basic oil change. Now at rainbow for $70 you get a really nice car wash and the oil change. I mean they clean it inside and out ON TOP OF A GREAT OIL CHANGE PLUS THEY PUT AIR IN YOUR TIRES. Then nissan was like ok we can do a quick clean up on the car.So for the oil change and transmission flushed I had to pay almost $500. Before getting my car after waiting 2 hours the guy comes out with a paper with a list of things that needed to be done to the car. It was OVER $2000 for work that needs to be done which it didn't. One thing they say I needed was an alignment which I didn't because I got one a few months ago with my mechanic and my mechanic said the car was fine. My normal mechanic will not sell you something you don't need. and my car only has 50,000 miles. my rainbow people also said my car was fine. The guy at nissan thought I would be a easy push. I am handicapped. I had a stroke and have lots of problems walking. I was like no if I need anything I'll have my mechanic check it out. nissan guy got a little huffy I had to wait another half hour then my car was ready. Now my eye sight isn't great that's why I have someone driving for me but everything seemed ok at first glance the inside of the car seemed clean at first look. Then on the way home I noticed that the cup holders in my car had a brown liquid. Upon further look where I thought they cleaned the carpet I pull up my floor mat and there was a bunch of crap underneath. For $70 AT RAINBOW MY CAR WOULD OF BEEN SPOTLESS but I just let it go. Then a couple days later all pressure was out of my tires so I had to get air in my tires after I just spent $70 for this oil change again rainbow wouldn't let that go. Then a week later approaching my car I notice the antenna on my blue tooth looks bent. Again I can't climb on the roof on my car to really see. I am not thinking to check something like that . Upon further inspection and with help that someone see it better you see it's broke it's in tact but bent. Upon further inspection you can see the base of the antenna like ragged like a dog chewing on it. I sincerely doubt a dog jumped on the roof of my car in the middle on the night and chewed my blue tooth antennaI called them and asked to speak to a manager they said there is none around and I was like then you tell them I am going to tell everyone what happened so I hang up and they called back and then manager is like well I have to see it on my camera. I will call you back tomorrow. He was rude and annoyed. so he calls back the next day and he says my camera show it is in tack. From a camera in a car wash your not going to be able to see that is bent I didn't notice it at first from the from going into the car and your definitely not going to see the ragged chew like marksSo they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need so they are dishonest. They did a crappy job cleaning the car and didn't put air in my tires. They damage

I just got my car appraised at CarMax to sell, and on the way back I saw the Nissan dealership with a big truck that said "we'll pay up to 1,000$ more than CarMax!" So of course I had to swing in. The man who helped me, Jack, was so nice and accommodating! I was on a super tight schedule and he put things into power speed mode to get me an appraisal ASAP. I ended up actually getting a little more than CarMax offered, so I ended up selling to Nissan. Jack made the experience so painless. I wouldn't hesitate to get your car appraised here.

After dealing with salesperson Richard , by phone , setting up an appointment to test drive a car ( for our son), getting appointment confirmation call from Coggin, being greeted by sales manager RJ, test drive the car, getting pictures taken of our possible trade-in and come in to Richards office, he leaves ,comes back and says someone has already bought the car. The sales manager (RJ) comes to tell us selling a car is just like selling a house "first come first serve". I personally think this is a terrible way to deal with customers. This was my first time and last time I will ever try to do business with Coggin Nissan.

I called way ahead to place an order for the part. They said it's in stock all good. I asked my friend to pick it up and it took them 30 minutes to get 2 QURTS of oil. Change service quality I'll change my review.

At first our experience with Coggin was pleasant and positive. That quickly changed however when we decided not to purchase the vehicle that we had left a $500 deposit on while it was being serviced for sale. It has been weeks since we have requested the deposit back and we have received no phone calls nor update even after talking to their finance department. I would not recommend this company to anyone as the sales rep started texting us incessantly even after we told them that I had come down with a serious sickness. I would give zero Stars if I could. Again I would never deal with this company again and I would warn anybody about darkening any of the Coggin doors

In town for the week and wanted to get the 10k service done early on our 2022 Pathfinder. No hassle getting an appointment scheduled for the next day and that service took only an hour so quick in-and-out. Did share what was perceived to be a warranty issue with them (passenger door electronic lock buttons had fallen into the arm rest) and was told that they would provide me an estimate for the fix. I told them that wasn't the right answer since I didn't think this should happen on a car with less than 10k miles. While I wasn't expecting the work to have been done today (I get there are still supply chain issues), they could have logged the complainant and ordered the part for installation when I got back to Arizona next month. Disappointed with how this warranty issue was handled, very much a missed opportunity. Mostly good service, waiting area was clean. Hard is was pleasant so, would go back in the future if I had a need.

Buying a car on anxiety requires a human, caring, mature and professional salesman. This man Perry Henry kept having to come looking for me. I swear my ADHD had me in several places, but he was so patient and good at searching. He had to ask around a few times. He even stuck me in a Tesla with YouTube for my entertainment while I waited. Perry worked really hard to find me the right vehicle that met price and lifestyle requirements. After about 3 hours, we were done with finance, detail and my transfer of my belongings. He is knowledgeable and confident about his work, and I'm loyal, unlike so I'll be back when it's time for my next vehicle to see Perry. All other dealerships I visited treated me like a check. Good thing they didn't have the car I wanted.
