During my vehicle diagnosis, they expertly guided me through my warranty and pricing options with great knowledge and patience. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Stephen was so kind and helpful throughout the entire car buying process! From the moment I walked onto the lot, he took such amazing care of me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the specs of the vehicle I was interested in and genuinely took time to address all of my concerns and questions. He went out of his way to make sure I had water (and popcorn) and address any other needs while I was waiting for approval. He most definitely went above and beyond my expectations. The sales manager Jason was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I never want to buy a car anywhere else because they took such amazing care of me! I highly recommend you go see Stephen if you are interested in buying a Nissan vehicle!! He made the process of buying a car an enjoyable one and you will certainly be happy with his authentic kindness and incredible attention he offers!!

I dropped my car off at 7AM this morning for my 20,000 service and to have my AC looked at. It is now 3:45pm and I’m still waiting to get my vehicle.
8 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and AC is pretty disappointing.
Don’t believe I’m coming back for service at this location!!

Stephen made my out of state purchase easy. He responds to my questions and inquiries promptly. Even after receiving the vehicle, he still checks on me from time to time to see if I am satisfied with my purchase. To top it all, he gave me GTR freebies with the car. Thanks Stephen!

Having to buy a new car unexpectedly is such a hassle. Picking a car and attempting to negotiate pricing is already challenging when you’re getting a new ride at your own accord. This situation has been stressful to say the least. That was until I came to Coggins Nissan at the Avenues and worked with Stephen and Jason. They are an excellent team and were able to get me an OTD price I’m extremely happy with along with payments far less than I expected. They were both polite, honest, and didn’t pressure me at all.
Stephen was up front with pricing, providing me with an initial offer before I even came in. The first OTD he gave me was extremely competitive, yet they were still willing to negotiate.
Both Stephen and Jason went the extra mile to get me the interest rate I was seeking and even managed to get me lower than I wanted!
Financials aside, their customer service is Chick-Fil-A quality, A+. From making sure I was comfortable, to offering to run out and buy me an air fresher for my new car, they were willing to do it all!
I HIGHLY recommend Coggins Nissan at the Avenues!
Also a shout out to Will in financing for walking me through warranties and handling all the paperwork.

I had my car at local repair shop within past 2 months. I paid for diagnostic, they found 2 issues, besides battery(my reason for visit this Sunday). I am now at dealership for routine oil change. They find 2 other issues for repair for $1300.00 n not same as local repair shop? Who do I believe?

I had to take my car in to get the Cooling fan assembly replaced,
the next day I kept hearing noise so I checked it out and one of the mechanics left a over foot long wrench in the hood area. Thank God I found it before it caused any damage

On August 28th 2024 Nissan at the Avenues inspected and performed Major break work on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. The whole Nissan Team did an excellent job analyzing and fixing our vehicle but our Service Advisor Kathleen Pacheco went above and beyond. She constantly kept us informed and updated on our Vehicle Status and provided options for getting the work completed at the best and most affordable price. Needless to say that we were very satisfied with our overall experience and service. Thank you Kathleen and the Nissan at the Avenue team we really appreciate it ?.
