My wife and I met Brad (the new Service Manager) and came away impressed with the direction he is taking his department to. A far cry from the dysfunctional status the department had under the previous SM. Now Coggins Nissan is top dog, in our mind, in Sales, Service, and Financing! Bravo Zulu Guys!

Kathleen was such a big help! She was in constant contact with the details of my needed repairs and the status of those repairs. Go see Kathleen for any of your auto service needs!

Went over a month ago for a recall. They kept my car all day but didn’t fix anything. Instead said they’d call me within the week bc they needed to order parts. They never called or followed up with me. I’ve called so many times I lost count. I left messages and even spoke to people who told me they’d have them call me back. She also told me I shouldn’t be driving my car but to just not run over any pot holes!!!! I finally gave up trying to get ahold of Casey and contacted the orange park location… which is way out of the way for me. Thankfully they saw me right away and fix the issue the same day.
Dont even bother going to the avenues location… you’ll waste your time and money.

Bought a Nissan Rogue here, hassle free, after the Mazda dealer down the street (Avenues Mazda) wouldn't honor their internet pricing for a CX 3 . The salesman was a nice guy who didn't treat my 74 year old mother or I like stupid women buying a car (Sadly, I have had that experience in many dealerships. I can take my Mustang apart and love cars, so it's really disheartening when people treat you like a sucker and an idiot to boot just because you're female). We came in an hour before closing and everyone stayed late to help us out. I would buy another car here in a heartbeat. Thank you Billy, Justin and Brent.

Very expensive repairs. Corporate place that doesn't care about the little guy. Had a second opinion and it wasn't what they said and saved thousands elsewhere

I had a little issue with my new car and Jason and Steven went above and beyond and were extremely helpful in getting the issue taken care of! I was a bit stressed and they were extremely professional and took care of things for me! Highly recommend them and will be sending business their way!

Stopped by to check out the 2024 Pathfinder and was greeted by Billy. He was very friendly, product knowledgeable, and low pressure. We exchanged some family stories after a test drive, and we were extremely impressed with his Nissan knowledge overall. If you are in the market for a great vehicle, stop by and see Billy.

You'll be there for a while, their service prices are high compared to other mechanics, and I feel they can't be trusted because of the way the Coggin dealership bamboozled my elderly mother when she purchased a vehicle from them- by lying to her about her trade in- submitting a credit query to 4 places - & choosing one with a super high interest rate to offer her financing through. Plus, They resell used vehicles they buy without doing maintenance previous buyers didn't do, passing the problems on to you to pay for later. Dishonest profiteers trying to bleed every dollar they can from customers without regard to ethics. Be very cautious dealing with them, & ignore the finance guy that worked with Dog the bounty Hunter's story time-the entire tale is a clever distraction designed to swindle you better.

December 7th, 2018, I purchased a NEW Maxima SV ($37,050.00 msrp) at "Coggin Nissan on Atlantic", Jacksonville, Florida, and we had the Deal made on-line, & had our Financing Pre-Arranged, and they kept us at the Dealership for 7-1/2 Hours, over two days! Due to that Bad Experience, on October 11th, 2023, I took my Maxima, with Only 39,602 miles on it, to "Coggin Nissan at the Avenues", Jacksonville, to have the DEFECTIVE, Outside Panel of the Driver's Seat, Replaced. Their Cost Estimate, for "Driver Seat Back Leather/Trim and HOG RINGS", was $5,939.26, After 3 phone conversations from "Their Mfg. Rep"?? They said that they would Pay70%, which leaves me with a Cost of $1,781.78, Plus 7.5 % Sales Tax!! Their Advertisements say that you can expect 200,000 miles from their vehicles. IF my Seat Panel is 'NOT DEFECTIVE', at 39,602 miles, how many times, can ALL Owner's expect to REPLACE Their $1,781.78 Seat Panels? Just sayin' Buyer Beware! There are many OTHER, Quality Vehicles in the Maxima Price Range.
