Honestly, my experience was terrible with Coggin Honda. I found a 2011 GMC acadia, I had a great time with the sales department, which is why I am doing 2 stars. I paid cash for the whole vehicle. I got a discount on the purchase but ended up paying a slight bit more than what I wanted but the vehicle looked good.
I showed up to purchase the vehicle and was happy that they cleaned the leather seats from what the pictures showed. Test drive went great, Ignacio was great. I had to sit and wait with my wife for almost an hour just to be able to pay for the vehicle, due to that it was so late that the lady took my money and it took 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to get then to mail me a check for the overpayment.
The issue started when I left the dealership and started to realize that atleast 30 percent of the items they said the vehicle was equipped with did not work and there was a ton of mechanical issues that weren't addressed and clearly ignore when they did a supposed "Certified inspection"..
To start, I spent 18 years in the automotive industry, I asked the sales person to have the vehicles cabin air filter checked because the air conditioner was barely blowing, they had a sales manager named Sam look at it. 10 minutes later he comes back and says "filter looks fine, you just have to put the AC on auto to have it blow harder".
I got home with the vehicle and removed the cabin air filter myself. It was dirty. And filled with MOLD AND MILDEW, I was so upset, and I did text the sales manager that sent me all of the paperwork with a picture of the cabin air filter that I was told was clean and safe for my family. They offered to replace it if I brought the vehicle back and I declined at that time. Over the next 24 hours I inspected the vehicle myself and found issue after issue.
1.3 of the 4 doors power window switches did not work
2.Heated seats did not work, blown fuse
3.Passenger power mirror does not work
4. Broken windshield wiper sprayer
5. broken intake housing for air filter. Which not only caused me to get 30% of the gas milage the vehicle was supposed to get, the vehicle was overheating due to pulling hot air from inside the engine compartment.
6. A ECM (engine control module) was left in the truck area of the vehicle, so I know the ECM was changed. The vehicle barely gets 200 miles to a full tank instead of the 250 to 330 miles it it supposed to receive so I think they changed the ECM and did not properly program it, which I will be checked this weekend to see if the ECM was properly programmed and not just switched out with a junkyard ECM from a different vehicle.
These are just to name a few of what was not working on this vehicle that SHOULD have been easily spotted during its inspection for supposed trained professionals.
I was angry and did contact that same sales manager and got a crap lie from Sam claiming he was check "fuses and relays only using a screw driver". they had me bring the car back and they did put a new fuse into the heated seats, replaced the air filter housing, and put a new cabin air filter in. I was given a courtesy vehicle, which I was grateful for, but it took them almost a week to fix it. Even know, My gas milage for a vehicle of that caliber is barely 13 miles to a gallon for something that is rated for 17 to 24 miles per gallon.
I have spent my own money to fix 2 of the 3 broken power window switches, broken windshield sprayer nozzles, spent money to replace the spark plugs in the hopes of improving the gas milage.
So all in all, my experience with sales has been great, my experience with the remainder of your departments were terrible. Honestly, I would not recommend someone to buy a used car from your dealership to protect those who don't know cars like I did, that Cabin air filter was the worst I've ever seen and wou

The whole staff was extremely courteous and professional! We drove here from out of town to purchase a vehicle. They value your time and you won't sit there for hours. Even the parts department was super helpful when picking out accessories!
