I returned my car to Coggin Collision on 11/27/2023. The previous repair was a disaster and my trunk had water accumulation due to subpar workmanship. So, they had my car another 2 weeks plus (11/27/23 - 12/12/23). When they called to tell me my car was ready it really wasn't! So, again no quality control! I had to wait to have obvious overspray buffed out. Also, front seat passenger floor was soaked with standing water. ( my car was completely dried out at North Florida Lincoln before I dropping it off at Coggin Collision). I have been physically attacked by Tony the receptionist and he's still employed there. I wanted to have a sheriff to meet me there because I felt threatened bodily harm. So, Jayme Sessions stepped in and told me that wasn't necessary. She stated she would meet me there. Now Hertz rental is not refunding my deposit. I've contacted Coggin Collision personally days before this review and they assured me they would take care of the issue. Not so, they lied. Also, don't be fooled by the AAA AFFILIATION! They no longer are preferred, because I reported the issue to AAA and they have been removed from preferred status. Please review. previous post. I will be making updates to this subpar Coggin collision. Watch this space. COGGIN COLLISION DOES SUBPAR WORK!!!!

Six months and my car was still in pieces always found something extra to pad the bill once insurance was out of the picture so no go here at all. Their six month repair took a local mechanic two weeks to fix. I stopped all business with anything coggin dealershipOr otherwise I’d rather go miles out of the way than ever give them a quarter in business ever.Service: Body & Trim

I'm not sure why the previous person said they had a bad experience with the employees. I had a great experience mostly due to Jayme being a wonderful manager. She kept me in the loop and called me with updates. She was prompt to contact my insurance company about a supplemental claim that was not seen in the pictures provided to my insurance company. Unfortunately more damage was done to my vehicle than the cosmetic damage. Luckily my insurance covered the difference and was able to get my vehicle done in 2 weeks. Thank you Jayme. I will refer anyone to this repair shop.

Overall the work was completed and it looks brand new, but the process to get there was bad. When my vehicle was in the shop it was nearly impossible to get any kind of update about where my vehicle was at in the repairs. The time frame I was give was missed by 4 days which caused a logistical nightmare. The work was done beautifully which I truly appreciate but there was a ton of trash in my trunk and they got white pant on my black bumper and didn't say anything. Again, the work was great but the customer service and interactions were painful. I belive they have the potential to be a top notch shop but they have to get better at customer service and follow up.

The staff members at this location I did business with was professional and polite. They truly helped me with my vehicle. I'm so thankful for the Woman staff member that I dealt with on 7.12.2022. She helped me in my time of despair. May she be blessed Bcus she truly blessed me.

I scheduled an apt on their website, I received email and text confirmations that the apt was confirmed and when I showed up I was informed by their receptionist that website apt process was not working and that I would have to reschedule. Absolutely horrible experience.

Got into an accident in May 25 2021.Ford Explorer arrived there early June. Got it back October. Yes, it was a long wait- but with today’s unprecedented (covid) time. It was expected. I have $18,000 worth of damages done to the car. They fixed every little thing of it. The team went above and BEYOND to fix my explorer. I heard a little squeak, and went back, they tripled checked for it. And made my worries diminished. If they have openings for your vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
