Absolutely the worst move I have ever had!
My entire kitchen is destroyed.
No care was taken in the packing process and now I am looking at thousands of damaged or broken goods. From household goods, bicycles, dishes, cups, and much more.
Never let this company touch your things!!!
The photos are only some of my losses.
The icing on the cake when you make your claims they will weasel out of everything they promise. My claim doesn’t even come close to making it right.

They quoted me $1800 and then charged me almost $3000 after they were a whole day late. There was absolutely almost no difference when they came to pick my stuff up so charging me that much money is ridiculous in this economy I didn’t even have a house full of stuff. I had no appliances no couch nothing big and I still got charged a ridiculous amount of money. They were horrible pay. They were unprofessional and did not deal with me in a good way. Their pay system is through Zelle and it’s not easy to use. They can’t take payments over the phone. Very sketchy would not use them If I were you

They preemptively marked nearly all my items on the inventory sheet as broken, worn, scratched, etc so the things that actually got damaged, they were covered. Very unprofessional and fraudulent.
They did not disclose what those symbols were on the inventory sheet and only told me that it's only an inventory of what they packed.

Complete scam. These people are a broker, they are not movers. When requesting an estimate I was outright lied to as far as what the movers would do. They then contracted me with the crappiest, sketchiest movers available, Loadrans LLC, with an average of 1.1 stars and numerous complaints on line about missing/broken things. I watched some of my belongings fall off the truck on delivery. They will also never return your calls so you have no idea what is going on with your belongings or if you will even see them again. The estimate jumped from about $2.6k initially to $4.6k the day the truck arrived for pickup. Which I had no choice but to pay because I had to get everything out of the old apartment. the movers also damaged my wall and claimed that they are not responsible for it
Absolutely awful experience, you do not want anything to do with these people.

The guys arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They are courteous, professional and friendly. My experience was truly “white glove”. There are people who do their job, and then there are people who go the extra mile to exceed a customer’s expectation. Thank you guys very much .
