I arrived at the collision center at 4:45pm with the shop closing at 5:30pm. I had very minor dings on the paint of my XT5. I had the touch up paint. Was it too late in the day for them to tackle my problem? NOT AT ALL, the staff went far and beyond to touch up the rock dings. Such a small job but the staff did not hesitate to get the job done. Their efforts were on helping me, not eyeing the clock. The customer service provided was EXCELLENT! I am so appreciative of their professionalism and that is why Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville now has a very loyal customer!

I was very impressed with Dom and the rest of the team from the Collision Center at Randy Marion Cadillac!From the time I arrived for an estimate, they displayed an attention to detail and a focus on the customer. I appreciated them going to bat for me to ensure that I received a new OEM headlight on my GMC Sierra (instead of the used part that insurance wanted to give me).All the way through the process, I was treated respectfully, and they handled my vehicle with care. Dom, especially, went out of his way to provide great service, and by the time they were done with my truck, you could never tell that it had been bumped!Great to see Randy Marion in Jacksonville, and I will for sure do business with them again!!

Can't put down negative number of stars
Bought a used Hyundai from this dealership. Tom, the salesman, was pleasant to deal with. After agreeing on a price and allowing them to get a slightly better financing rate than I had already had in hand, we went through all the documentation and signed off with an agreed upon down payment and financed amount. Instead of getting a large package of paper, they compact all of the documents onto a USB fob. Not a bad idea.
Two days later at home, I started to go through al this documentation only to discover that the amount financed and price were $2,800 MORE than agreed upon.
That was 4 weeks ago. they have still not rectified this. BBB is my next stop!

After the estimate provided by Randy Marion regarding my car repair, I had some questions. The assistant service manager said he was going to call me back. He never did. I tried to call & email him multiple times, he never responded. I found his attitude and the service provided to customer poorly, unprofessional!

I took my car into Claude Nolan to get my hood and front bumper fixed. The clear coat was faded on my hood, and my front bumper was cracked. They had me in and out in only a few days, and the work was flawless! Now my hood and bumper look brand new. The paint and clear coat look immaculate. Quick and excellent work at a fair price.
