If I could give no stars I would. The service department needs to totally be trained on first customer service and then their pricing as the service advisors just “ pick a price”. I had so many visits that I could speak of that were horrible but I’ll stick to the last one as I took my car in two weeks before the last visit, I got home and notice my car was leaking. Week before I took it for the car fan taking a while to turn off. I called back and spoke with Gabriel who said if it’s water it’s fine but if it’s coolant you will have to bring it back. I thought it was water. Two weeks later it’s blowing hot air. I call to take it back in. Gabriel tells me “ We are booked until Tuesday ( the call was on a Thursday). I said you can get me in tomorrow ? That’s a long time to go in Florida without air. He said no Tuesday was the earliest which I felt was unreasonable being that I had already paid $678 for the car to be fix and remind you had no leaks before it was taken to them.
I get there Tuesday and go to the customer lounge after checking in and Gabriel comes in with my paperwork and says that will be $200 to access the issue you’re having. I was not happy as I had just paid that two weeks prior. I asked for the manager in service and was pointed to his office. He waved the fee. I told him I had to wait from Thursday to Tuesday to get an appointment and his reply was yes we’ve been really busy lately as if my issue wasn’t important enough to be addressed sooner being that I had already paid to have the car fixed. Once they Che led the car instead of Gabriel coming to tell me in the customer lounge the findings he called me on the phone as if I wasn’t there waiting. Unprofessional at its finest!
I was appalled at the level of customer service I received and this wasn’t the only occasion but it was the last occasion as I will not be returning. I was a 6 year customer with 2 Cadillac vehicles using them for all of my service needs and this is how I have been treated on different occasions but never again. I will spend my money else where.
On the only positive note, the gentleman who ask your name when you pull up and drive the cars to service are always personable! They were the only delight!
Update***** see message attached below from Randy Marion…. I STILL Have NOT received a call from anyone even if it was just a service recovery call. No nothing! THE WORSE and I would not ever recommend them to anyone!

I recently visited this dealership on 10/5 to test drive a Cadillac Lyriq, and while my salesman Karl was fantastic, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.
I came in because of a reward gift card offer for test driving that I received while browsing the Cadillac website. I was very clear from the beginning that I wouldn’t be buying for a few months. Karl completely understood this and was still very helpful, showing me the car and explaining its features.
However, during the test drive, another salesman named Freddie decided to come along, which I found odd since he wasn’t my salesperson. Freddie made comments that felt inappropriate and alluded to whether I could afford the car and my credit score, which left me feeling like I was being judged based on my race. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
After the test drive, I presented the reward coupon, but Freddie went to the back and came out with incorrect information, saying I’d receive it in 6-8 weeks, which contradicted the details on the reward itself.
I later spoke to Shawn Spencer, the GM, who apologized for Freddie’s behavior and promised to get my reward redemption sorted out. It’s now been almost two weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups via text with the dealership, I’ve been given the runaround with no resolution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a Lyriq from this dealership in the next few months, but after this, I’ll be taking my business to another Cadillac dealership—if I even decide to stay with the brand at all. The lack of professionalism and leadership here is disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership especially if you are a person of color

Great experience at Randy Marion Cadillac. Renee was the best salesman you could ask for. Went out of his way to make sure our purchase was enjoyable. Highly recommend him.

I went for an interview here and they discriminated me because of having a beard and a tattoo.. With that kind of mentality for their own employees I can’t imagine what they do to their customers…. Glad I decided to go with another company.

I was looking for a Cadillac XT5, and stopped by Randy Marion Cadillac in Jacksonville. What I found was an incredible dealer with a friendly, helpful, courteous staff who could not be more professional. My salesman, Jacob Gayle, was helpful, knowledgeable and made my entire transaction a pleasure! He went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect automobile, and was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jacob in particular.

I was working with Renee on a purchase all morning and he did not even know that the car he was trying to sell had already been sold the night before. The whole experience has really left me witha horrible experience with dealership. Not the way you should treat disabled veterans!

Diligence, professionalism and understanding of a customer 's needs, define Frederick Schmitz, Devalle Robinson and Tommy McBride of Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville. Frederick Schmitz efforts to locate a very specific 2024 Lyriq Sport 3 and his tenacity in bringing to fruition a difficult sale involving a high end trade are noteworthy. His eagerness to please was demonstrated by his engaging a master technician to correct a computer glitch in the infotainment system just prior to my taking possession of the vehicle. Devalle Robinson gave a wonderful and complete tutorial of every aspect of the vehicle. As a retired Professional Engineer, I strongly recommend Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville and particularly this team of highly trained sales personnel.
