Worst experience I’ve ever had in any form of customer service. Purchased an over $50k truck - have been told nothing but lies. Broken promises. No one returns phone calls. $7k in warranty alone & still so many things wrong with it. Broke down in the middle of the highway (95) 48 hours after I purchased it. For 3 days they had my truck with no answers, never returned one phone call. Now trying to get things fixed - but I have to take work days off to make appointments? They don’t offer loaner vehicles…I work over an hour away in the opposite direction of this establishment. Was assured that they checked the truck out thoroughly prior to me leaving the lot with it. That was a lie. Approximately a month later my truck alarms that the oil is low…@ 6%
Then realized that it required an oil change in February/ bought it from City of Mitsubishi in July. Has unsafe tires, locks that don’t work, cameras that work whenever, and don’t work when you really need them. The transmission is slipping and they don’t care. Was promised a full tank of gas, step sides, body work none of which has been delivered. Even the robo call doesn’t take your call. Ridiculous. Then the service department attempt to blame the customer and argue for hours. I’m happy for those that had an enjoyable experience - unfortunately I’m not one of them. Extremely frustrated, annoyed & unhappy.

I randomly showed up at City Mitsubishi and was introduced to Michael Kraemer in sales. He took a lot of time and was very great to work with. Sadly, I did not find the best car for me that day, and ended up buying at another location because they had a car that met my criteria, but wanted to make sure that I thanked and recommended Michael for anyone looking for a car in the future.

I have the extended warranty on my 2020 outlander sport. My media screen completely stopped working and I brought it in for the diagnostic on August 6th. I called periodically over a three week period and was not able to get in touch with the department due to a voicemail box that is full. Once finally getting in touch with the service department, the woman Regina informed me that they had not yet even ordered the screen due to being overworked and no help from the service manager. I then finally go in on August 22nd for them to replace my screen, and this is where I saw the service manager’s unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor towards customers and his employees. He was wearing a disgusting stained oversized tshirt with basketball shorts. Neither I or other customers knew he was even an employee, much less the manager! Regina was swamped with customers and she was repeatedly asking him to help or check on people vehicles. One of the managers friends came into the office and he completely ignored Regina, after asking for help again he yelled at her in front of customers. I will drive over an hour to the next closest dealership rather than give that man any other business. It was disgusting how he ran this service department!
