Bad customer service. Corporate Company don't trust consumers/ shoppers even though citi trends need shoppers to make money. This place is so ratchet when you walk in the door the Company have a loud speaker stating live your being watched. THIS Company believes their biggest consumers are thieves.

The location at Gateway and Norwood Avenue in Jacksonville Florida that store is so hot when you go in there to shop I wish that they would fix the AC so that it be comfortable for employees and customer employers were awesome thay make sure that you understand everything and show you the product and make you feel welcome but I just wish that management would make them feel comfortable working because it is so hot in that store I was with my granddaughter and she was crying because it was so hot in the store
