I have been visiting this location for close to 8 months after work every day for the same purchase every day. Today I walked in and was told I needed to leave my bookbag in the front of the store by the coffee machines on the sales floor because of frequent theft that has been occurring in the store. I than told this Caucasian male with dirty blonde hair and a earring that I have never had to do this before assuming he knew who I was since we have had previous transactions. He said these are the rules and I politely said thank you and walked out. If I was a woman in that scenario am I asked to leave my handbag up front? I have never been so offended in my life insinuating that I would steal from a location I visit everyday. I will never go back to this location and might never go back to a circle k again . On top of that I have done cleanliness and store conditioning has dipped severely since the managerial change. I've also noticed your office never responds to negative reviews only positive reviews is this reality?

One of the overnight workers literally has a paper stating the store being closed for sweeping and mopping for 15 minutes. He purposefully started mopping in front of the door by the 15th minute. I just wanted to pump my gas. If you didn't want customers to walk in then don't work overnight. And the attitudes aren't even that nice. Like, at least be cordial with your customers. This is the only gas station for quite a distance. Do better.

How exactly does a business think it can operate with their credit/debit processing down for 3+ days? This place was always bad, including being regularly out of critical items like drinks cups, lids, straws, sodas for months at a time etc etc. It's abundantly clear that they just simply couldn't care any less and I'm past tired of it

Worst gas station on Phillips! It’s gross, always some type of liquid leaking on the floors, all the employees are weird and rude…there’s a better Circle K less than 5mins up the road.

This Circle K is one of the best locations. Customer service, cleanliness, food, and organization are all top notch. The only issue is the pizza they make fresh first thing in the morning is kept on the warmer all day until it sells. So around lunchtime the pizza is always dried out and hard. It's soo good when it's fresh.
