The door is locked today during 5 o’clock rush-hour for people going home. I tried to call the store to ask how long they would be closed and they hung up in my face! If you had to close due to unforeseen circumstances, how about you type up a sign on your printer and put it on the door?!Sincerely,A Karen that wanted a polar pop!

First of all the store is disgusting and dirty.. Most of the the employees who work at this location are very rude, and talked to me like a piece of trash for no reason, They never have what ya need, and their systems are constantly down.

Extremely rude lacks customer service guy there today @1030 am .was watching world star on phone paying no attention to customer at counter . I tried to purchase a mico usb charger sign says 6.99 writtenRang up 9.99 and I asked “ it says 6.99 on the box “ to which he replied what ! You don’t want it . I do but it says 6.99 written . look at the sign he said naw I don’t want to look at sign u want it or not . Pretty messed up I bet if he was one trying to buy it he would care about the price I would like to speak to management about this is unacceptable .

I only got gas so I can't comment on the inside of the store. Prices are okay and much cheaper than closer to the airport if you're in the rental car before you return it. There are only four pumps so you might have to do some Tetris like navigation to get your car into the your spot. Pumps are SLOW though so you might be able to take a nap while you fill up. It did give me a reciept at the pump which is important since you need to show that to the rental car place upon return to avoid their surcharges. Nothing special but it does the job if you're in the area and need gas.

I use the circle K at the corner of New Berlin Road and Dunn’s Creek Road. It’s the only store I will use. Unless I have to stop to get gas if I’m on another side of town. The manager Mae. She’s the best. She woks all the time and when she’s there. You will see her greeting customers with a smile. She is always doing daily paperwork, stocking shelves/straighten shelves, cleaning, making food, etc. You never see her just standing around doing nothing. I’ve become friends with her because as soon as I walk in she greats me by my name. She always ask how I’m doing or if I need help with anything. My mom says she really nice which I agree. I don’t think she gets enough recognition for how hard and how much she works. She’s the reason me and my family will go out of our way if we have to. So we can use her store. She’s an AMAZING MANAGER and I hope she stays with the company and at that store always. Thanks Mae for making mine and my families experience with your store welcoming every time.Have a blessed day,Nicole Adkins

Nobody was wearing a mask, including the employee at the counter.Edit: Went in the other day to pay for some gas and once again no one working there was wearing a mask. In fact, I was the only person in the store wearing one! You guys know there’s a mandate in Duval county, right?
