Prepaid for $15 worth of gas but the pump did not dispense. I informed the manager and she tried to make it seem like I was stealing gas. She refuses to move me to another pump or refund me my money. She called her manager and he refused too. I called the Department of Agriculture and filed a report of them as well.

Just walked in to get my wife some medicine, as she’s not feeling well. One employee behind the register doing nothing, the other employee sweeping the floor. The employee sweeping the floor tells me that I have to leave, because they’re going to do a shift change. Aren’t you open 24hours? I was already in there on an isle about to pick up the item I needed for my wife. Is it necessary for your staff to CONSTANTLY be rude to your customers? I should have gotten their names, but I was in at approximately 11:00 Saturday September 16th. Why do I and so many others always have a problem when going to this gas station? Management really needs to tighten up. Whoever you are, you are horrible at your job!

I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee. SHe is very rude, very disrespectful. She said in front of other custumer. im just asking if you have a spoon for my oatmeal I bought in this store. You don't talk to the customers like that. Very disrespectful. I don't even know if they get trained how to provide proper customer service. And to that staff, if you are annoyed with you job, QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. On January 24, 2020 at 7:30 am. The cashier was extremely rude and screamed at me in front of customers for her errors. Then gentleman also who was working with the cashier refused to credit back my card but gave me cash for her error. Then kept my product and said I took it with me. The cashier then accused me of throwing it at her. This was all done in front of customers.I see after a review it says we will let managemnt know???? I see all bad reviews for this location...why isnt anything being done about this? I am going to call the corporate office. I refuse to go through this embarassment ever again. I do not think customers should be treated and ridiculed this way.

Great gas prices every day and always crowded! Great and friendly staff here. Subway is inside and there's always fresh brewed coffee here.It's a puzzle game getting out, but you can always drive around the building to get to either Monument Rd or St Johns Bluff. Easy peasy!
