I’ve been with Statefarm for 15+ years, I have always been a loyal customer and have multiple policies with this company. Over the years my insurance has been a decent price until I switched to this location, my family has had nothing but issues with this office and they handle their customers in an unprofessional way. My policy went up and this office had the audacity to tell me that my insurance went up for parts and services, I haven’t been in any incidents, I’m close to fourty paying 200 a month. This offices has made changes and has even given us attitude about not proceeding with other bundles for Statefarm. No one is helpful it’s like talking to a wall, they do not care for their customers needs and there’s always a rebuttal from them in reference to my policies and the increase of $70 in 3 months, no tickets, no incidents or accidents. Unfortunately I don’t think Statefarm is a good fit for the working class.

Excellent customer from my agent Leshay!. Effective communication and breaks everything down to make it easy to understand....even while I'm working...lol..She is very up-to-date on their market knowledge and offer me options with side by side comparisons. I have referred my brother and now my elderly mother to Lashay at State Farm. I always thought that with larger companies I would be tossed around from person to person, but after working with Lashay at State Farm it's like having a family member as an agent to help with all of our insurance needs!
