I would give a 0 if I could. When asking for a simple document to show proof that I was a listed driver, they were completely unhelpful and passed me along to a corporate office. The policy wasn’t even active anymore. Rude, unprofessional, and insensitive!

In January of 2024 I was assisting my sister, a customer of Allstate, Chris Heisler's office for well over 20+ years, sell her car. I contacted this office, on three different occasions, and explained that the car had been sold and to cancel the insurance. They indicated they needed something from the tag agency to show the car was sold. I explained to them that when the car was transferred to the buyer, the tag agency did not require the tag to be turned in nor did I get a receipt showing the transfer on the title. Upon the last call to this office, indicating I had nothing that I could give them, they indicated the policy would be cancelled due to non-payment; which was fine. However, no one from this office indicated that non-payment meant that they would be reporting any amount owed, which there was none as of January, would get reported to a collection agency. After speaking with someone from the office today, July 8, 2024, she indicated that there was nothing they could do to have this reversed as this is "office rules". How sad that the "office rules" take priority over customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend staying away from such a business that puts their "bottom line" over customer care and satisfaction!

Car got hit in parking lot , got damage. Reported to insurance. Got sent to collision shop. After that never heard from insurance company , but i initiated several phone call to allstate to keep them informed of the mistake in paint color done by gerber collision and other things. I initiated the call. None from insurance company asking me if work was done correctly or whatever.

I have been with this agency for 20 plus years and I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rudeness of their service reps first hand. Today was really what made me decide to leave them after speaking with a extremely extremely rude Lady by the name of Alley. I won't go into details but this agency just isn't where it's at. I've stayed with them for so long because I've never had to deal with them, but the times that I have had an encounter with them have all been unpleasant.

I have been with Allstate for many many years, but after my experience today, I may be taking my business elsewhere. I went in to pay my premium and was helped by Ramona. Sometime during our exchange she started talking politics. At first I gave benign responses but she continued to press on and disagree with every thing I said. Thats fine but not when I'm in your place if busines. I got more and more upset the longer I sat until she finally gave me my receipts and debit card back. And as I was leaving I said one more thing, and she LAUGHED AT ME ALL THE WAY TO THE DOOR! This is not ok and not how you treat customers. So I'll be checking around for another company as I don't want to spend my hard earned money where I'm going to be ridiculed!She should be fired but I'm sure she won't so good riddance.

I found Amanda through one of the Neighborhood apps. We had been having issues getting homeowners insurance on a “new to us” house, with previous brokers giving us the runaround, 3 different quote totals from the same company (same person, too, I believe), and a list of other turn-offs.My wife and I both work a lot, so getting or taking phone calls isn’t as easy as it should be (which is another turn-off from the other companies). Amanda did not only provide us with a quick quote, with accurate info, she was also very patient while we were working on getting just a simple few minutes here and there to reply to her. She was very easy to talk to, understood our “situation”, and did her absolute best to get us insured with our needs.Whatever Amanda gets paid, she definitely deserves more…if there were a way to tip her, she would’ve gotten a good ole’ fashioned New York City tip from us (we’re not from New York, we just know how they tip for good service).Thanks again, Amanda, and we look forward to doing more with you in the future!JD & Ashley
