I had the clasp on a chain replaced at another jewelry store less than 2 months ago, and it had already broken. I brought it to Christoff's for its second repair. Service was gracious and transparent. They told me it would be a week to 10 days. They called within two days that it was ready.

How I'm greeted upon entering a business speaks volumes to me! That's why they have 4 instead of 5 stars. The ladies were cautiously friendly. Although I am always clean and neat, I felt a bit judged. I apologize if that's not the case. I wanted a bracelet repaired that I had had for a long time. It wasn't an expensive piece but it was the first bracelet that my husband bought for me many years ago. I lost a diamond tennis bracelet because the clasp broke and I didn't want to lose anymore. The repair work was absolutely wonderful!!! I now have no idea where it was broken. I was called several days earlier than the estimated return date. I would definitely bring other items for repairs. I looked around at pieces that caught my eye and they have many lovely items, although a bit pricey.

Sure was nice getting a personalized and friendly experience starting with smiles and Hello's at Christoff Jewelers. Melanie showed me the watch section and right away I saw the Seiko watch was looking for and enthusiastically said "SOLD!" I love this elegant and stylish men's Seiko watch with gold tone and light gold tone face as it is absolutely classy! The crystal, dial/face, date, hands, and the crown are the perfect size for visibility and changing time and date is easy and effortless. She removed one link for a perfect fit and set the time and date! A discount of $44.25 was a pleasant surprise and so was the cool shopping bag Janie gave me!Would you like to experience the best customer service ever? And be pleasantly surprised! Drop in and say "Hello". You'll be glad you did!

Absolutely gorgeous work.I took my grandmothers 70+ year wedding band in to be fixed because it was missing a diamond and the ring itself was scratched up badly. When I tell you I was at work and bawled my eyes out when I looked down and saw a stone missing I'm not kidding. This ring is one of the only things left in the family that belonged to her and I was entrusted with it. Within just a couple of days they replaced two stones, made prongs, and made it look absolutely brand new. Granny would be so proud.I love that their work is done in house and my ring didn't have to be sent away. I'll absolutely come to them for all of my needs.Thank you so much guys!

BEAUTIFUL work!Here's my story: My mother-in-law gave me her grandmother's wedding band (my husband's great grandmother's wedding band) because I couldn't find a wedding band that I liked. The engagement ring is from another jeweler, but the 2 rings looked like they were meant to be! The issue I had that Christoff's worked with was that the wedding band is too big for me but I did not want to resize it because it would have meant erasing the GORGEOUS hand engraved initials and engraved wedding date (12-12-1925) of my husband's great grandparents. One of the owners told me that hand engraving like that is very rare/expensive nowadays. She stated her and her husband would do everything they could to merge the 2 rings without damaging/erasing the engravings - and they did just that! It looks absolutely spectacular and I'm so pleased! It was a little pricey, but honestly worth every penny for the craftsmanship. You get what you pay for!Thank you so much for preserving this family momento! ? I highly recommend them.

I went to christoff jewelers because I had an issue with the screws on a knife I was trying to customize. I Could not get a couple of screws out and actually stripped a couple in the process of trying to remove them myself, I walked in what I thought was somewhat of a small store to find three people in line in front of me which isn’t always a bad thing if there’s people waiting that means they offer a good service, The greeted me were very polite, I told them about my issue and what I needed done. even though it wasn’t jewelry related They said they would take care of it no problem. I left it with them because I was in no rush and also left my phone number they called me shortly after to say it was done and offered to clean and polish everything free of charge! Needless to say I was very impressed with the service done here and will come back for sure! The staff was very friendly

My husband & I happened to be in the area so we went in here as he wanted to buy me a new ring. Seen one we liked & asked to see it. The lady literally took the ring out of its case & put it on her hand & refused to let me try it on myself. We don’t care what it looked like on her. We cared how it looked on me. The ring was only 3,000 & she acted as if we were going to steal from them. Never in my life have I been to a jewelry store where someone has does that. VERY off putting! 10/10 would not recommend. 10/10 will not be back. Inventory is very small anyways. If you are looking for sea shell jewelry go here. We will stick to Fox Jewelry, as we have spent over 50k there anyways. My husband plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Don’t judge a book by its cover next time.

Highly recommend! Family owned company that will treat you as family. After receiving my engagement ring from Jared, huge retailer in town and dealing with numerous calls for different issues, we knew it was time to drop them. Janie, the owner, super patient and kind answered all my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I am the proud owner of new beautiful engagement ring, custom designed and executed to perfection. Everyone in the store is super helpful and respectful.
