This is a useless bank location. Why would you make a location with just an ATM and workers. The bank needs to get updated with modern times and actually have tellers so you can protect yourself from your money getting stolen.Everytime you have identity theft from a bank account it is from a card reader attached to the ATM.

Complete waste of time. They only do loans. Aren't capable of working on anything regarding your checking or savings accounts. Don't bother.

Very frustrating experience trying to pay my credit card! A BANK that DOESN'T ACCEPT aCASH PAYMENT. No, not gonna pay a late fee because of this nonsense!

Dishonest team. Martin Cicero in specific is a dishonest man and was asking me to supply him with information that was fraudulent in order to qualify for a loan - further, he pressured me into filing a tax return that was incomplete in order to obtain a loan. I explained to him that I was not comfortable doing so as I had not received my K-1s. The entire team is slippery and shady - be very cautioned dealing with this.

IF I COULD GIVE A -5 STARTS I WOULD. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS IT THAT THE ONE NOTARY IN THIS BRANCH “FORGETS TO BRINGS HIS STAMP” THERE IS A RESON WHY CHASE OFFERS THIS SERVICE. THE LEAST AND PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO IS MAKING SURE HE IS BRINGING EVERYTHING HE NEEDS TO WORK. OTHER BRANCH SENT ME HERE BECAUSE THEY CALLED AND CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS A NOTARY AT THE BRANCH.BE MORE PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE MAY REALLY NEED THIS SERVICE.

Kathy and Chela were so kind and welcoming. My wallet got left in my car during service and I wasn’t able to get to it but after talking to both of them they were able to help me figure out how to get into my account with just having my Apple wallet in order to make a withdrawal. Because of them my day was saved and I am a happy camper. If you have any questions about banking or need any information definitely go to them!!!!

Will not cash a check for you so do not bother stopping at this branch if you don't have an account with them. I used to come here all the time to cash my paycheck and it was never a problem but now it's totally different. Sent me right out the door and said to drive 5 minutes away to the next location which is actually more like 15 minutes with the traffic. This location is right by my house but now it might as well not even exist. This is not a good bank.
