A story in two chapters: Chepter one. A man walking into a bank with a 30k check in his hand, ready to open a business account. He was asked to wait for the banker. Infront of him the bank representative sitting at her desk doing absolutely nothing. After 10 minutes the man asked the receptionist to approach the banker and see what the hold. The receptionist approach the banker and for the next 10 minutes she's joking around with the banker. "she will see you soon" said the receptionist as the banker take her time applying makeup to her face. When she's done, she leaves her office and returned 10 minutes later. Another 5min pass before she's finally call on the costomer to enter her office. It has been 40 min of wait time. The costomer show the banker a chase postcard that offered special terms for new accounts costomers. The banker looks at the postcard and state that the terms expired two day ago. She tries to offer ridiculous terms instead. The man get up and leave the branch never to return again. The banker is Asistant vice president Ebony N. Rhett. The costomer was me.

This atm needs to be maintained and updated. I had several visits and everytime it’s an issue with deposits!!!! This supposed to be CSR convenience

I definitely do not ever want to go back to this branch after how I was treated on trying to make a deposit The bank teller was very rude and horrible customer service as well as making it very difficult for me to complete my transaction

Refused a form of ID legal federal Identification which I could legally prove was valid and was given to me directly by USCIS. Claimed it was due to too much paperwork needed between them and home office in order to justify its use.
Edit: to clarify I was simply opening a checkings account and trying to switch who my main bank was.

I have been a Chase bank customer for 8 years. They had never attended to me either. Today I had the joy of Mr. JUSTIN. KINGSBY. He helped me and my son who had a complicated situation with his account, and we went to that bank in Jacksonville, and it is not our office, ours is in Fortmayers. And he attended to us without asking. Solving the situation until the end. That's being a good manager. 100/100 their service. Thank you so much .

Other atms branches will let you withdraw more than $800. Not sure why there's that limit on this one

It is the worst Chase branch, which lacks professionalism, I have had to return three times because the executive who has attended has not known how to do his job, I am too disappointed

Stupid bank guess what? He open us a business account without applying for a debit cards lol while he toldnus he did but nothing showed in there system to track it after a month of us following up plus we applied for a business credit card and also didn't get it and being told he didn't apply for that either and when we went there at 12pm and bankers are seating doing nothing and no one at the bank the receptionist start talking about appointment at like 3:30 pm like we are free doing nothing and has no business to run.

I visited here today and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service in a financial institution.Firstly, the staff(E.N.R) seemed disinterested and were not proactive in assisting customers.The real frustration started when I needed assistance with simply unlock my bank account. The staff requested address proof and I gave the rental contract. She didn’t accept it although my name is in the contract. I gave my official SSN including the delivery address(my address) she didn’t accept it too. I received this SSN from the SSN office. She requested a telephone or electricity bill but they are under my husband’s name, we are living together. My son opened a bank account in BOA with the renter contract. They didn't ask bill or other document. Banking laws are the same for all the banks.My experience at the Chase Bank branch was subpar, to say the least. I hope the management or JP Morgan Chase Bank Head Quarter takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall customer experience at this location.If you see the other reviews I am not the only person getting this kind of experience.

I was told buy chase corporate to go into a local bank office to verify some information for an application for a credit card I submitted. I got there and was told I would need to make an appointment. I said I wouldn't be able to come back since I had to work and I was there already. I was then told well it doesn't take 5 minutes to do to which I repl that's fine if it takes 20 or 30 minutes I just would not be able to come back. she just stare at me like a deer in headlights. needless to say I withdrew the application. chase worst experience I have ever had at a bank. thanks but no thanks

The annoyingly pretentious, Asian racist lady that works there almost made me close my account .Her customer service skills and quite lacking.Looking for another Bank after 20 years with Chase after interacting with her.
