Customer service is just not there!!! I came in a little early for an appointment and was waiting on a banker he was in his office doing nothing and would not see me until the official appointment time. Please save yourself the headache and find another banking establishment.

Be careful with this branch! They clearly don't have consistent training or leadership, because your experience will depend on which banker you get on the particular day that you visit.

Great group of people , on the phone as well as in the branch offices ,very courteous and professional, makes me think these people not only care about money but are concerned about you and you concerns , Extensive security measures in place to secure your accounts! nothing taken for granted here,..! Wonderful customer service, when I walked into this branch I was not only acknowledged by the security officer with a smile , but a branch teller acknowledged me by name. I had only been there once before!, it made me know I was more than a number .That branch representative suggested I speak with another representative , she was kind , professional ,polite . I spoke to a account specialist he was very attentive acknowledging my concerns and suggesting products and services the bank has in place to help its customers ! I didn't know until the end of the meeting that he was the Vice President! of that branch! I m confident in Chase.,and would say if you want a bank that connects to its customers Chase is the bank !

Always a wonderful experience banking with Chase, especially at the San Marco branch. Paul is exceptionally gifted and takes great care of his customers. Consistently impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and kind attitude. He goes the extra mile to really get to know you as a person and never makes you feel rushed or transactional. Simply an amazing individual!! :).

Closed in perfect weather when I need to make a time-sensitive wire transfer, just because a mild storm rolled through the day before. They impose an unreasonable cap on the wire limit you can send online despite comparable services not having this limit.

Upon entering, the staff was nice and welcoming. Spoke to Nick and the reviews about him were right, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and loves what he does.

So i guess they don't like answering the phone amd not offering any help to a possibility of an identity theft but only refer me to customer service when i have no info to even get the help i need you guys really need to get it together without customers you don't have a job remember that

Paul Twum is the best banker I have ever dealt with. He has helped me with my personal and business accounts.I just opened a business account with him yesterday and surprised how fast it went because Bank of America took hours for just a personal account.He is knowledgeable, you feel heard and he has the answers.He also helped me link all of my accounts, taught me to use the app with ease.Thank you Chase for hiring intelligent kind bankers!!!Your in GREAT hands with Paul & Chase.

I go to this chase every Friday and Saturday and all the staff is awesome except one banker who I never really deal will anyways but he's always very rude...Other than that, all the bank tellers are great!
