I went there today I paid 21 95 they did not vacuum my car out just barely the manager attempted to but the vacuum that they have are for household use I will never go there again. A person on the corner would have done a better job it is awful!!!

I took car today hoping they would do a better job then last two times. Sadly extremely disappointed. Paid to have works done. Interior wasn't all wiped down, thankfully this time they took mats out as didn't last two times just vacuum around them. Still had major bug guts on front of car and windshield they didn't even bother to get. Just very disappointed again. 3 strikes and no more. Will find new place to go.

Good quality for the price and fast turnaround. Don't be that reviewer who gets all mad bc the quality wasn't to the standard of a $300 car detail.

I frequented Charles & George's Car Wash when it was located just off Roosevelt. The quality of work was always top notch. I haven't gone to the Cassat location as often because the quality is not what I had come to expect. Today I took my car for "the Works". $55 later I have never been this displeased. I had to ask the attendant to come and clean the back seat. It had not been touched. As I am driving, I still see spots that were given no attention. Lesson learned. I need to clean myself or find another car wash. At least I would be $55 richer.

I use to come here once a month. But now it’s rare and today I said hey I need a car wash so let me stop and my total was $73 and I did pick up Air freshener but I feel like that should be included but they told me it was . But I barely smell it. I called myself getting “THE WORKS” because that’s what I always get BUT my tires were not shining and inside my car was still dusty. And they said the was going to wax my car but they just run it through a Machine. I’m so disappointed and upset.
