I took Parker in for a spa bath. He was timid at first, but the crew told me he did excellent once he was in there. This was his first bath at somewhere other than the house tub. This lets me know they handled him with care and made him feel comfortable. Clipping his nails is a terror for me and the Central Bark groomers took care of him. Forever grateful!

Allie loves going to doggy day care. She has lots of fun playing and is exhausted when I pick her up. All the kind workers love her.

We are HUGE fans of this doggie daycare on San Jose Blvd in Lakewood! Elmer Fudge literally cannot wait to get inside their doors when he goes to "school" each week.You'll most likely be met by either Jess, the franchise owner, or Sarah, the manager, when you drop off or pick up. Both are sharp, efficient and most importantly, DOG PEOPLE who love their job:)Clearly our sweet little Covid puppy (read: needy adult dog now), loves it because he's exhausted when he gets home!

Central bark is like home away from home for our Ollie boy!! We trust them with the most precious thing in our life, and whenever it’s time to come home, I feel like he’s so happy from his day of fun and exhausted from all the playtime!Thank you for loving and taking care of our angel boy!!

Jess Rowe and her staff are THE BEST! We have been using Central Bark for about a year now after getting a very positive referral from a good friend. Recently we were out of the country for two weeks and our girl, Millie, had a medical issue. Jess contacted us and ended up transporting Millie to a Vet (ours was closed on the weekend). We talked directly with the Vet and Millie was carried back to Central Bark with meds that Central Bark administered. Within almost 24 hours, we got word from Central Bark that Millie was eating, drinking water and once again enjoying life. We now know, without a doubt, that Millie is in the very best of hands when are away. THANK YOU, Central Bark!

I had been a loyal customer of Central Bark since its inception, taking my three dogs there for grooming. Initially, when Mark was handling the franchise, we received great customer service. Over the past 18 months that service has slowly deteriorated to the point where we are no longer patrons of this establishment. They either made appointments for us and when we showed up, they had no record or continued to change our appointments with very short notice and no flexibility in rescheduling. Very disappointing service!

After having a bad experience with another doggy day care that was nothing like paradise *hint hint* I am so glad I found Central Bark for my sweet June. She loves going to doggy day care here and when I pick her up in the afternoon she is so tired from all the fun playtime sometimes I have to carry her to the car lol. The staff has been so amazing and you can tell they really love animals and what they do.

We drive all the way from Ponte Vedra to get our pup groomed here cause they are the absolute best in town. Unbelievable job on the grooming.

The best! I've always had dogs. I was showing dogs and gave many a bath. It's tough work and I appreciate the patience and work that goes into grooming animals. My neighbor brings her pups to play dates at Central Bark and always is excited about the care and the people that take care of their pups. I'm looking forward to boarding my pups as well as my neighbor is very picky about her animals and seems quite content leaving her dogs there while on vacation . A solid five out of five stars.

I have heard good things about this doggie daycare so I tried it out-the level of care has obviously gone down. I was 15 min late dropping my dog off for enrichment and after driving 20 min to the location they turned me away and said I would have to reschedule. And she did it rather bluntly to boot. I have enough going on in my life to stress out about dropping my dog off at daycare-I am looking for a warm, friendly, professional greeting and experience and this was not it. I would not recommend.

I can only rate the experience I've had on the phone with them.I called to speak with someone to inquire about their dog birthday parties because I (1) saw they did parties on their website and (2) was looking to host a party for my dog since the dog park we would normally host at is now closed.The phone would ring, and then no one would answer. I probably called about 2-3 times before someone answered (this is no exaggeration). I didn't call consecutively/continuously 2-3 times, but I made that amount of calls throughout the day to this location (during their posted business hours). When I finally got on the phone with a staff member, she was abrupt and unprofessional, which I brushed off at first because I thought, "Maybe she's busy and taking it out on me."After asking my question, she was short with her answer, and it was a quick no with no explanation - just no. I said that I saw it on their website, and she said, "Well, thats a mistake, and we don't do that here."I don't think it deserves a 1-star rating off of this experience as I haven't used their services, and off of my first impression, I wouldn't bring my dog here and woulsnt trust them with my dog. This call stained the business brand for me quite frankly, and the business owner may want to work on their professionalism there. A 3-star was more than fair from what I experienced since I had no experience with their actual services and only got as far as a call.After speaking with a friend who also inquired, she said she had the same experience with someone on the phone who was rude here.
