Should have known not to take my car here due to my mom having bad experience yearsss ago. My grandparents suggested Tran to fix my car. Paid $30 extra to tow it there. Left my car up there for about a week, even asked me to come sign paperwork so they can work on the car. Suggested fuel pump then realized electrical after I already mentioned I have a supposed short circuit from previous mechanic. Then tran calls back to state he doesn’t have experience in Hyundai… WASTED TIME. Then he was ready to put my car back on the side of the road let my battery in car die and left parts unscrewed in my trunk! NO RESPECT once he’s threw with you.

I thought this was a reputable place to have my Mercedes repaired. They replaced my thermostat and some lines. In the repair they failed to replace some parts which causes a major oil leak in my car. When I returned the owner refused to even look at my car and said he did not do it. I then took my car to Mercedes who confirmed he was negligent in properly replacing parts on my car. This could have been a simple fix had he taken the time to look according to Mercedes. I paid him 2000.00 to mess up my car.

Bad after the call / Conversation I was asked to bring my Truck over so on the day of me bringing my Truck noone for service my self and my husband had breakfast an lunch and still no show I called the number and was told that he would be there in 30mins and of course we waited some more just to once again not to be serviced so after 1 pm of the no show ...yeah we took our business elsewhere. This was hours of my day wasted with no call back as to what happened so I will not recommend them to anyone .

I have been taken my 2003 Mercedes Benz here for over two-years at the recommendation of a close friend. During my first service the owner advised me that he previously worked with a Mercedes Benz Dealership in Philly. He also advised me that whoever has been keeping up the maintenance on my vehicle has done a great job -- I responded that only Mercedes has maintained my car.Since I started during business with Cassat Imports I have received nothing but quality service. I even had the opportunity to witness my vehicle being worked on, when it was discovered that the hose fueling gas to the engine had begin to dry rot. Mr. Chin started another Mercedes in a stall and allowed me to touch and feel how the line should have a constant beat (heart beat) to ensure the flow of gas was floating.Mr. Chin and his wife is very nice and patient. They take the time to ensure that you know the cost of the service and all requirements prior to beginning the work.I recommended my neighbor to Cassat Imports and he advised that he was well please, with going to the Mercedes Benz Dealership and being overcharged for a 30 minutes to 1 hour service job.I totally recommend this location for service calls on import vehicles which have graduated from the warranty or service contract.Michele WilsonServices: Oil change

Cassat Auto Imports is a great place to bring your foreign vehicle to get service. The owner which is the chief mechanic is very knowledgeable, honest, and pricing for service is fair. From now on I will start to bring my husband 's cadillac for Cassat Import to maintain it service. In the past his car was being service at fi... cadillac, on Blanding and I had an incident there with our other vehicle which is foriegn and the mechanic at fe.... cadillac did something unethical to my vehicle, and now I cannot trust there mechanics or business with any of our vehicles. I had to go to Cassat Imports to fix the problem. So I am here to stay. Thank you.

My husband discovered Cassat Auto Imports years ago. Cassat Auto Import has been the only service and repair provider for our last 3 cars. We have never had a problem with customer service and has received expert auto repairs for over 20 years. Chan is the best mechanic. He been service and repair my bmw 750 and Mercedes s550 more than 6 years. All works done right on times. Prices beat dealers. I will stay with cassat auto import because I feel safe.
