Three times I went in there in the past year and they have turned down sales every time over $3-10 off the listed price. I guess the days of getting good deals at a pawnshop are over.

The black dude working in the morning don't have the right customer service skills to be emplyed there. More like a street thug attitude. Do better Cash America Pawn. You lost a customer and will continue to lose customers until you correct the situation. Other employees there seem to have a chip on their shoulders also and unfriendly. Customers like to shop at places where they feel welcome and good deals. You don't have neither.

Surely is absolutely trash do not do business with this group 1st and foremost. They don't take returns secondly when they cannot evaluate something. They undercut you rather than doing any actual research.

Horrible manager. Bought a guitar and was told everything was working. Got it home and the electronics didn't work. They wouldn't do anything about it. They lied about the condition prior to the purchase. They said I should have purchased a warranty for them to fix it or compensate me. They knew when the brought the item in, its condition. They should have sold it as such. Your not dealing with the cream of the crop. Its all about the money to them, they can care less about customer satisfaction regardless of what the signs say.

Ive been to Cash America Pawn dozens of times, bought my favorite guitar and some other great pieces there, everybody is always super friendly and knowledgeable, and the Manager Shirley is PHENOMENAL! Very, very attentive and caring and helpful no matter what.

Terrible business, everything their selling is grossly overpriced. They won’t take any tools that are in even remotely good condition without an original receipt. This place needs to shut down.
