Went and found a dewalt kit, priced on it was 199. Retail is 299. Since it was brand new in the box I decided to get it. When they rung it up it was 330. There was a price tag on the bottom for 299. When I brought up the 199 price he just said that's the wrong price. That if it was 199 it would have already been sold,like I should have known that. I would be willing to bet that they probably did not give more or not much more than a 100 for it. As a rule I will not pay more than half for something, it being brand new in the box 2/3 is so so. But why in world would I pay full price or close to it for something ( especially used) for something that I can not return if something is wrong with it. I guess they think since your ready to pay, you will say ok. Had it happen at another pawn shop but at least there it was a sign in front of it. NOT on the box!!!

Don't recommend at all, these reviews they're not lying ! You better off selling your products on your own, this place is a rip off. Lady tried to give me $10 for a child tablet no scratches and had the case in protective screen was just pawning it because I got an upgrade. Never again !

Called ahead to ask beforehand if they bought iPhones with ATT carrier.... Man on phone with me stated they did. Went all the way to the store and now they don't. Take them. Waisted my time, gas and money. Horrible customer service

I will never go back to that place, and I do not recommend this horrible place at all. When I first went to that place to pawn my gun, the employee who helped me was very helpful and friendly. However, after two weeks, when I went to pick up my gun and complete the background check, the manager gave me a faulty laptop with a faulty keyboard, causing me to make mistakes on the application. Also, obviously the background check was in English and I'm Hispanic so obviously sometimes I confuse it with English so when I asked this manager for help, this manager got my question wrong and instead of helping me, this manager gave me a different answer , a strong mockery and severe scorn which embarrassed me in front of everyone and also had some bad attitude towards me. Clearly this so-called manager needs to grow up and act like an adult, plus the manager MUST serve as a positive role model to all employees in terms of providing excellent customer service.

Kenny and Sean and Travis are amazing and help out when I need answers they were awesome on selling me a gun that fits me and understands when somebody’s new at buying a gun they all took the time to help me out and it was not rude about anything they push me in the right direction and I appreciate all of them I do suggest everybody to go bye and say hi to them and buy stuff from either one of them they help and they understand thank you to all of them

The manger off Edgewood avenue by the captain D's. Does know how to tell white gold and platinum. She scratched my necklace that's 14kt White gold and told me it's silver. She believes to test it you got to scratch it and if it don't look like yellow gold where you scratch at it's silver. I don't know how she a manger there if she can't do the gold the right way. So if you don't want your gold scratched up and told it's silver don't go here.

They sell broken and defective products and won’t give you anything for what your trying to pawn let alone look at it. This place used to be well run. Parking lots empty for a reason!
