I work inside of a car dealership, and we have to call Carter Insurance occasionally to get help adding vehicles to policies before customers drive it off the lot. Every time Ms. Amela answers, she's super pleasant to work with, and makes the process seamless

Called for a auto quote... Lady that answered was completely rude and disrespectful!! I tried to get an exact price and she said it would cost $10 to do it and train to hang up I said I'd like to continue then she told me she was busy I would have to call back and I said well I can pay the $10 to get an exact quote and then she was like well what's your card number I will call you back later today and I explained that I wasn't giving her my card number and then waiting on a phone call back I would rather do it all at one time and then she hung up on me I would not recommend this place as that is not how you should treat your customers especially paying customers

I was referred by a coworker whom I can't thank enough. After talking to different agents hoping to find the right plan for me without feeling like a complete sale. Ms. Amelia patiently professionally navigated with the utmost concern assisting me in only what I needed. An affordable plan which I can even alter later. Talking with her felt like family. I left out phone conversation feeling very pleased. Thank you so much Ms. Amelia for everything. I'm one happy customer?
