Lumper fee and wait in driver's lounge untilDone unloading.. they come in at 0700

These people know what they are doing. Waited 20 min to get call for door. Started unloading right away. Everyone was nice. Ship/recieve office is to your left as soon as you enter the gate on the corner of building

They were missing some paperwork for my DELIVERY so I end up waiting to be offloaded for almost 4 hours

It's at the end of the road on the left, all safety here then you have to wait in the truckers lounge to get unloaded. In my case that was about 30min. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great place to deliver to. Super friendly people and fast unloading process. Great place to get a break in by the gator pond. I like delivering in this area.
