I would like to personally thank the personnel for their professionalism with me during my visit today. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed and rectified immediately. I would recommend this car wash to anyone who is looking for great service when it comes to getting your car cleaned. It has been a pleasure doing business with this company!

I wish I had taken a before picture. Oatmeal I left in my backseat in a thermos EXPLODED in my car. It was shocking when I opened my door. It had even reached the windshield. My car was already dirty; sand and dirt from the beach, a layer of dust all over, sweet tea spilled in there the same day of the oatmeal incident. A few dry leaves. Crumbs from eating on the way to work. It was a dumpster. It was so bad I was embarrassed to give anyone a ride. I work 12-14hr shifts as a nurse so I'm either too busy or too tired to clean my car. After the explosion of fermented oats that made my interior look like a middle school food fight in close quarters, it was time for professional help. I could NOT ignore it anymore.
Fortunately PHILLIP, a supervisor, was on scene. As soon as he saw it he pretty much said "I'm gonna handle this one myself." The young man he was training, MARQUIS, was very professional and polite, but I could see the WOAH in his eyes. Same reaction I had when I saw it. It took me 5 minutes of staring in the summer heat to even register what I was looking at when I first saw it and it's MY car so I don't blame them one bit for their surprise. Usually Car Spa takes about 15-20 minutes depending. This one took longer obviously. These guys were moving in and out switching tools just moving non-stop. Going at it HARD. Not minding the heat nor challenge.
I could not believe my eyes when they finished. Phillip gave me two thumbs-up like: DONE, with a smile. I was flabbergasted. My car looks brand new. I don't know how they pulled it off even seeing how hard they worked. I haven't seen my car like this since the day it came new off the lot. I am NOT exaggerating. They seemed fueled by our reaction and pride in their work. These are pros and love what they do. So if you're driving around in a dust bunny or a second beach away from the beach or a straight up trash can and you want your car to be new again (or newer than when you bought it) bring your vehicle to this location. Trust this review, I do not know anyone there personally. I'm just an incredibly impressed customer. When you're driving away smelling whatever freshener you chose and maybe a little sweet shampoo in a shiny car inside and out, it will SO worth the deal you got on it. Because yea, they cost less than typical detailers, too.
Car Spa Manager: Please reward these two fine men/employees, Phillip & Marquis. Free lunches for a month. Paid days off. A raise would be best.

Today after visiting car spa they definitely won’t be getting my service again and wouldn’t advise anyone to visit I do want to acknowledge that Asia the sales person was very polite and friendly very knowledgeable on everything that’s offered including deals one of the reasons I stayed after seeing the prices changed drastically I was informed about a deal and was insured the services would be preformed with the deal they did a horrible job on my car I spoke with the manager she said they could go back over my car after leaving there I then had to leave there and go to a self service and clean behind them for almost $60 to clean a car and for the customer service from the manager to be the way it is was is absolutely terrible the prices there no where near matches the quality of service they provide down waste your time or money car spa is definitely going to go downhill pretty soon I was given a coupon voucher and was told to give a review after the service unfortunately this is how the review has to be written.

I had to have my oil changed and I received excellent service! Mike went through all of the packages they offered, and I got exactly what I needed in a quick timely manner! I was not pushed to get all of the extras that were not necessary for my maxima! Great Service
