Very irresponsible! Have had problems with my car and it’s been at their shop for over a week and will not keep me updated unless I reach out. They’re nothing as they advertise‼️

I purchased a 2013 Audi S6 with 118,364 miles from GW Trucks on June 17th, 2024. Now that I've had the car for nearly 90 days, I wanted to share my experience, from sales to service. I chose GW Trucks because of their high reviews, impressive showroom, friendly staff, and their inventory of high-end vehicles. After a few days of consideration, I decided to return after discovering the Audi on their website.
The car was beautiful, clean, and drove strong. For a 10-year-old vehicle with 100k+ miles, Carfax didn’t show anything major. My sales experience with Brandon was positive—he was helpful and accommodating, especially given my situation as a small business owner with less-than-perfect credit. The rest of the staff was equally welcoming.
Because of the type of vehicle I was purchasing, I also bought an aftermarket warranty from ASC Warranty at Brandon’s recommendation to protect my purchase while staying within budget. With his help on the finances, I was on my way and happy with the deal for a car I've always wanted.
On July 10, after driving around 500 miles, the low oil light came on. The S6 has a V8 that holds appx 8 qts of oil, so for it to be low this early was surprising. I emailed Brandon and the GM Kemal, notifying them of the issue and requesting a service appointment. After several emails, texts, and calls, I was finally connected with the service manager, Mike. On July 15, the Audi was brought back to GW Trucks to check the oil issue, an oil change, and for a tire balance and rotation due to shaking.
Upon my return, Mike asked if I had been promised free service. I explained I hadn’t, nor did I expect it—I just wanted to ensure the vehicle was operating correctly. He said GW would comp the work as a courtesy for my trouble. While the work was free, there was no mention of the oil leak, which now feels like an oversight at best and negligent at worst.
I personally saw the Audi up on the lift, and there was oil all over the dirt shield. In my opinion, there’s no way to miss that amount of oil. (Pics attached show how much oil was lost after sitting in my garage for 3 days.) If a shop that sells $100k luxury vehicles misses a leak, it raises questions about their quality control.
Fast forward to late August and another 500 miles later, and we’re back to square one. The low oil light on, and there was oil on my garage floor. Because of this, I took it to Audi of Orange Park along with the ASC Warranty info. On September 2nd, at 117,500 miles, Audi confirmed the oil leak, along with major suspension and motor mount issues (which explained the shaking I initially reported). The oil leak isn’t easily detectable from the hood, so Audi needs to take off the front end at a cost of $1,600 just to diagnose the leak. Audi service also pointed out the extent that GW went to clean out the engine bay, as there was still residue from where the cleaning agents interacted with the oil.
As of September 12, this issue remains unresolved because I couldn’t afford that cost at the time. Additionally, the ASC Warranty only covers a limited number of parts but excludes many expensive repairs and diagnostic costs, leaving me with little help for these major issues. The Audi estimate is attached and none of it was covered by the warranty, which I have requested to be cancelled.
I understand that buying a used vehicle comes with risks, and "as-is" purchases are common. However, I expected more transparency from a high-rated dealership that specializes in high-end vehicles, especially when the problem is brought to their attention.
Had GW Trucks properly addressed the oil leak when I brought it in, I likely would not be writing this review. While I love the car, I may have regretted the purchase but moved on. Instead, I feel compelled to warn potential customers, and remind GW of their responsibilities to their clients. If you’re considering a purc

Yama was great and Brandon sucked. I walked in on a Saturday with a jersey on and a baseball cap to the back which automatically got me discriminated against by a young white male who I think his name was Brandon. To be more specific his office was the first office to the left once you walk in. He treated me as if I wasn’t worthy of getting a car from them. I told him I would put 5 thousand down on the car I wanted if the credit comes back bad. That’s when he invited me into the office. He then told me he could get me in the car for 20 thousand down. I told him the car that I wanted is only 6600 on the cash out price. He recalculated and said that I cannot put down 5 thousand on a 6600 dollar car. I said why not. He said because I have an open loan from 2022 and I would have to trade that car in instead of the car that I own that I wanted to trade in in order to get the 6600 dollar car. Even though he said I can put down 20 thousand on the mistaken car that he thought I wanted. I told him that I’d cash out if need be. He said give him 10 thousand for the 6600 dollar car. I said that’s wild. He said 9000 then. I said thats still wild…..he said oh well and didn’t even try to negotiate. I ended up calling Monday and talking to a guy named Yama or something he was the middle office on the right. Short Hispanic kind of looking guy. He was very helpful and negotiated with me and explained why the price was so high on the cash out and told me he could do 8500. The price was still very high for me but his customer service and negotiation skills were awesome so I told him I’ll be there from Savannah after I get off work. He let me sign all paperwork digitally and waited until after they closed to have the car ready for me all I had to do was the credit card payment. He was there with the car ready and congratulated me on my new purchase. I appreciate him and he is the only reason I’m giving them the 2 stars cuz the first guy gets zero stars and he gets 5 stars so I evened the stars out lol. I got a 2012 bmw 335is coupe.

We enjoyed our experience purchasing from GW Trucks. As a matter of fact, we liked it so much that we decided to purchase an additional vehicle 2 weeks later. The entire staff was helpful, forthright, and easy to communicate with. 5 stars for sure.

I had a great experience at GW Trucks. Endrid helped me and my dad locate the perfect BMW 3Series for my early graduation gift. The process was extremely smooth and Endrid helped make the process extremely smooth. I would definitely go back to GW Trucks for another vehicle.
