I had no idea what to expect when I came for my appointment for a damage estimate for my SUV, but was so pleasantly surprised! The exterior was nice and clean, friendly but professional. When I walked in, the two ladies manning the service desk were very friendly and approachable. There was a television in the background in case customers had extended wait time, which was tuned to something neutral, which I really liked.
The service professional who came to greet me was very friendly and polite and I could tell that he had years of experience and knew well what he was doing. We went out to my SUV and I explained that the damage was cosmetic and the vehicle is still drivable, so I had not planned to leave it with them today, but to make an appointment for some time in the near future. He agreed and when we went back inside, he left for a few minutes to write up an estimate.
I chatted with the ladies at the service desk briefly, and then my service advisor came out with the estimate printed and he proceeded to go through it with me, line by line, and I had a clear understanding of what would be required, what my financial responsibilities are, and what my auto insurance will pay. I left, thinking what a great place it is and what a good experience I had! I look forward to going back and leaving my car for repairs, and I know I will be in good hands. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been to this Caliber Collision twice and have no complaints. The office guys have great communication and the guys in the shop know what they're doing. They also had enterprise from down the road come pick me up to go get my rental. 10/10 service, thanks Caliber team. Jim is the man!

Minor repair needed from auto accident, about $3k. Everything about the repair process was impeccable, from the efficiency and courtesy at the front desk, helping coordinate with rental car folks, and Michelle Gaouette (collision appraiser) was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, courteous, available, and responsive. The entire team made this the best repair experience in my life.

Caliber never submitted the appropriate claim to my insurance. For over a week I have assumed they were working on my vehicle. While I would not dissuade someone from using Caliber. I would suggest you call them and your insurance carrier on a daily basis to make sure things are moving along.
