My truck has black fingerprints on the roof/ceiling from when they fixed the roof on the outside of the truck. Paper is still on my front window and compound is on my front bumper. Also, it almost took 3 months to get my truck back. I paid around $2000 in rental cars. That is not good service at all.

More than 3 months passed, and they couldn’t be able to repair my car.. Every other day, they SUPPOSEDLY discover something new, order parts for that, that part is almost always on back order… List goes that way. At first I was told my car would be ready on 06/16, now we are in August and they still COULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY CAR! They are unbelievably slow on progressing with the repair. If you need somewhere to repair your car for the promised date, take your business somewhere else

My Kia was vandalized due to the "Kia Boys". Destroyed my keyed ignition and left it undriveable. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Considering they had to do my entire column and my ignition, I am impressed by how well it drives. It's been a few days now and my car is operating as it should. In addition, when I received it, they had cleaned it for me! Autumn kept me well informed through detailed texts and when I had a question, she answered it easily and was very polite and patient. It was a seamless execution of the job by them. I got my car a day earlier than their projection, which was awesome. Right before the weekend, so it was much appreciated.

Autumn Bull was our representative, she kept us informed of progress, parts purchase and communicated with us at each step along the way. She gave us an estimate of when the car would be completed and did not go over that date. Should have given 1 star.I understand delay in parts, however when I'm told my part came in Tuesday and told they would be resembling car when part came in, I call back Wednesday to make sure it will be resembled by Friday, as my rental runs out then. Get told they're still resembling. Call on Friday, "still reesembling" Your telling me it took 3 whole days to resemble the front end. ?Very disappointed..Changed rating to 1 starI was just told today that my vehicle is having problems with the starter . Why not mention this issue before its ready to be picked up? Vehicle was running perfectly fine when I brought in to shop only had body damage.I would expect shop to replace part that they damaged however they are not even willing to cover the tow expense to my dealership to replace part under warranty... not to mention the rental I will need while new damage is repaired.Service: Body & Trim

I was fortunate enough to have them work on my baby (GMC Sierra) and they treated her with so much care. The team there were awesome and they made sure I was informed with any and all issues that occurred. Anthony was AMAZINGLY helpful and so so informative. He personally called me and kept me updated with changes and alternate plans they brainstormed before actually implementing the process. He was great. He was available for any questions I had and he made me feel as though he had my truck’s life in his hands and I could trust him. I really appreciate the help and service he and the management team provided. They also found my “Alabama” team’s license plate that was misplaced- I couldn’t leave without it LOL. I brought my car into another location after my insurance company chose Caliber to provide and estimate on repairs after i was rear ended. They had my car for nearly 3 weeks before finally being able to provide a estimate that totaled the car. This should have taken days as opposed to the weeks and they were very uncommunicative during the process. It took multiple daily phone calls to finally get an answer, once i started pushing i had an estimate in 2 days. 3 weeks is far too long to keep a vehicle and not communicate.

Our car was in an accident and we were not at fault . On 4/6/23 the car was towed to this location for an estimate and hopefully repair. We received multiple automated texts that the repair had started and that the vehicle was complete and ready to be back in the rhythym of life. Today on 4/28/23, we called to arrange pick up amd they said that they had been waiting for approval from the insurance company and that the repairs had not even begun. Since our rental car time is limited we are irrate. The insurance company said that is also a no drive location and may have to moved to another Caliber?!?! Why was it taken there to begin with if it was just giving to sit for 3 weeks with no updates at all from a real person while our 40,000 car is there and is our only family car. What is going on here?!?! Do not bring your car to this location under any circumstances and consider finding another body shop in general.When we went to get our things from the car, the district manager Brian, talked to my wife and was really helpfuland seemed concerned about our issues.Services: Body & Trim

Called today to have them do an estimate because a rental car from Enterprise hit my parked car and they declined the estimate say they only work with 3 insurance companies. How do you stay in business this way!
