Dropped off my clean, spotless truck for service and it was returned to me dirtiest it's ever been it's whole life. The truck is covered in a white film with small white paint chips all over it, after I complained they offered to run it through the car wash but knowing it would rub all the paint chip particles into my pristine paint I turned it down. Very unprofessional service considering the amount of money I paid to have my vehicle serviced.

They are definitely needs to get better, specially on the customer services side. Their Financial Managers are sucks and unprofessional. They have offices for paperwork, but is useless.However, if you decided to stop by, the only person that I recommended to deal with it at this time would be Mr. James Jones. bought a 2020 dodge charger scatpack with 25k miles on it just spoke with the manager multiple times my car is not starting just clicking they ran a test and said it was fine 2months went by no problem then i started having issues with my car not starting had it towed in and explain to them im having the same problem spoke to the service department telling me its a dead cell and charging me $400 for a $153 battery and $250 service fee like are you serious a 10min job cost that much they never have loaners overall service department there is just terrible taxing folks like crazy i am displeased with the service

If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership to take care of your vehicles' mechanical issues, DO NOT COME HERE! They will grossly over charge you and not even do a full, complete honest job. Yelp should offer a negative range review option. This place doesn't even deserve a fraction of a star.

Went in routine maintenance Clay was good answered questions and took time to make sure I had service on my car. But there was no car wash or cleaning of the inside which comes with the service, I did ask the person outside and she so carelessly said ask your service person. At that I got in my car and left.

I came out from work last friday to a flat tire. My yukon only has 9,000 miles on it. Got in for an appointment this Friday, 10/21/22 at 9 am. They come out to tell me at 11:00 that I need a new tire and it will cost $244. I said.. no.. I have the tire and wheel package. My advisor tells me he looked and said I didn't. I told him I know we got it as we always get it when we buy our vehicles. He told me he would go and look again. I got my husband on the phone who confirmed we have it and in fact when we meet with the finance guy when we purchased the car, we found out we had a mutual friend from Connecticut. Nevertheless... my car has been sitting on the lift for over 30 minutes. Next time they need to let you know how long it is going to be and offer ride somewhere or give you a loaner. Employees act like they are so inconvenienced to be here. Now all the workers are going on their lunch break. I did not take a day off from work to sit and wait for almost 3 hours and get rude people.

Clay has been my service guy for years, I always know he going to take care of my car and not try to sale me something I don't need. We have built a relationship and I trust he will not lead me astray when it come to the work my vehicle needs. If you want that type of service this is your store.

Shady service!!! I called an hour prior to arrival inquiring about a vehicle they had in stock. The vehicle I wanted was available and they said they will hold it until I arrive. 10 minutes before I arrived I received a phone to verify my arrival time; at that time I said I be there in 15 min (I was coming from Valdosta GA). When I arrived Gus informed me that they sold the car right before I got there! I am beyond upset; they did not apologize just came up with a bunch of excuses! Look like a dodge a bullet doing business with these folks. Beware!

Trying to get my 2018 GMC truck checked because the check engine light came on at 30,000 miles, they offer no rides back to work they offer no loaners unless they need to keep it, they can't hook the scanner tool up which takes five minutes to check it so I am off to an auto parts store never buy a new vehicle from this place their service sucks. You get better service at Napa.I honestly expect more as a customer that bought a new vehicle from you guys this is a disgrace to all customers regardless of Covid you treat us like nothing after we buy a vehicle from you. Like it's a bother for you to check the vehicle that I bought from you new because the light came on.

Worst service ever!!! Not only did my brand new spare tire go missing while they had my Buick, they broke my ignition manifold where I turn my key. They needed to take my dash apart for them to fix my signals and that is when they broke the manifold. When I contacted them about both issues they did not a thing for me. Not even offer me a spare tire for the one that was gone when I picked my car up! $1200 I spent and ended up having to put in another $600 (elsewhere) for their damages!
