I hired Bud Moving Company for a local move. Not a lot of stuff, but still needed care and professionalism. The booking process was flawless. Movers were outstanding ( Tony & Vince). These guys were above and beyond so appreciative for them. The truck was clean. The move was quick and focused. I cannot compliment them enough. If you need move in Jacksonville, call them and know the stress of a local relocation will not be a problem with this company. Hire with confidence! Thank you Bud Moving Company, I will be referring you every chance I get!

This was my second move with Bud's. The first move in 2021 was great! No damages and everything was completed in a timely manner. We hired this company again after we purchased a house. Bud's Moving company damaged several walls in my brand new home during our move with them. I contacted them to inform them of this where I was advised to send pictures as proof. Once this was done, my number was blocked and they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I'd recommend finding a different company.

The movers took extra care with my furniture, set everything up carefully and were polite and professional. Best moving company I have ever used.

I don’t believe any of the good reviews for this company. I’ve left 6 voicemails and called at least 8 times in the past two weeks to get them to move me. Nothing. No communication. I wanted to support him after seeing his ads on Facebook. But I hired movers through moving help. I will never contact this unprofessional company again.

I appreciated the efficiency of the contract with electronic signatures. Tony, Vince and Bernard met me at my storage facility at 9 am. They were friendly and professional. They emptied my unit, drove to my house, unloaded and put the furniture together. The entire process took only 2.5 hours! I would definitely recommend Bud’s moving to friends and family looking for a mover.

Just horrible. The amount of damage they caused in a 5 mile move - we are still discovering damage months later. And they never respond to damage claims - they just ignore you. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.

Buds Moving Company is very responsive. They responded to my online request for a quote within minutes. Ashanti was very professional and provided me with the information and followed up with me prior to moving day. On the day of our move, Tony, Vince, and Austin were very polite and professional throughout the move. They setup the furniture at the new home and the job was completed in a timely manner.

This was my first time booking this company through the BBB. The movers were on time and polite. My ONLY complaint/suggestion is that there needs to be a better way to move a mattress without dragging it on the ground/down the stairs. There was damage to the fabric of my mattress that wasn't there prior to the move.

It’s hard to get good decent service nowadays especially via the telephone. With Bud Moving Company recordings!! Live person answered the phone. Not only that but they are professional kind and understanding as I’m in the middle of texting and moving!! Is like to give a special shout out to Syteria for her kindness and assistance in helping me through this ordeal!! I definitely recommend BMC over any other moving company and I’ve been in touch with a bunch. Thank you
