The person I spoke with did not communicate effectively. They were condescending on the phone and lacked general decorum. I submitted my item description on their online form. It says they will reply back in 48hrs but its been about two weeks. In general I haven't been too impressed with this store's business practice.

Was interested in a headboard footboard set that had been in the store for over six months. Offered more than half the price and then said I had to think about it came back two days later and asked if I can negotiate lower. He said no and when I went to pay for it, he said I’d rather throw it out, then sell it to you. This is what he does with old items is throw them out rather than donate them or sell them. Why?

Though I haven’t found furniture to fit my needs every time I visit this store, I have always had a great experience and enjoyed not only walking through to look at the interesting pieces, but the owner’s thorough knowledge of each item and its history. The pieces I have purchased for my home (a large sideboard and nightstand among others) are beautiful and in great condition. Perfectly fit my taste and style. I stop in every time I’m close by because the inventory changes all the time and you never know what treasure may find it’s way back home.

Great quality furniture and accessories.. however the customer service on my recent visit there was extremely POOR! I've been there before, so I was taken aback with the owners demeanor. I was in the store for quite some time and the owner spent all the time helping one customer. I was the only one in the store besides that customer and he literally said NOTHING to me the ENTIRE time. I wanted to purchase some items because they have some really great pieces but he (owner) literally ignored me the ENTIRE time. Having good and consistent customer service is important! Being nonchalant when you have customers in your store, is unprofessional. This was my experience and I'm not speaking for anyone else.nothing

These are two beautiful consoles I purchased from Bryson's. I have had so much fun decorating the pieces through the holidays. I purchased multiple other pieces from Jason and have been completely satisfied with every purchase. I would highly recommend this company.

First time visiting 'Bryson's Upscale Resale'. Friendly associate at counter. They have some unique furniture pieces. Store a bit cluttered though. Not as organized and staged as other top tier furniture consignment stores I've visited. Perfect place if you're looking for nice furniture. Good inventory but just not orderly. Pricing was okay on some furniture and a bit expensive on others. Good experience...

After searching all over the city for quality and affordable furniture, I am so happy we came to Bryson’s. Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the variety of pieces offered. He made what is typically a stressful experience a joyful one as we found the perfect pieces for my first space conscious apartment in Jax. Highly recommend!
