Mel was amazing. She was so kind and helped me out with my car on figuring out what was going on after my check engine light came on. Her staff of mechanics were amazing and took great care of my car. Will be coming back here in the future.

I was very impressed with the southern charm & quality of service at Brewer Auto Sales and Service. Donnie sold me a wonderful car and Mel got me in and out for mechanical service so fast that I didn’t even have to miss a day of work. They even gave me options to choose from which manufacturer my part should come. I would recommend Brewer to anyone who seeks fast, honest and quality work at fair prices

I was having a problem with another auto service company, a major chain company. A friend told me about Brewers. They told me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. I have been going back to Brewers because they have told me what needed to be fixed and the price it would cost. My car was repaired in a day. They remember the work they did on my car. It's the first time in ten years that the check engine light has been off!! I'm happy to have them on my team.

Donnie and his daughter Mel are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and kindness. My family and I are on a road trip from NY to Miami, at some point on the highway something sliced through my gas tank pipe causing me to need a whole new gas tank. We were completely stranded. The part needed the dealer wouldnt have been able to get for a week or more. I was blessed to be connected to Donnie through a local(Thanks Glen) Not only did Donnie quickly secure the part for us, he worked after hours and today is coming in on his day off to ensure we are back on the road. While at his shop, Mel made sure we were comfortable with a tv to watch and the wifi password. I truly do not know what we would have done without these two. If you are in Jacksonville or any of the surrounding areas please do not hesitate to bring your business here. You will leave feeling like family. Donnie and Mel, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Hands down the best shop and customer service in Florida. These guys are trustworthy, down to earth and talented at what they do. Josh, Derek, Chris, Mel, Donnie and Ted all went above and beyond helping me from buying my truck, to driving there own vehicles to help me with installations and make personal adjustments and ordering parts. These guys are family owned and the real deal!

I have taken my vehicles to Brewers for a few years now and they are always very precise. Customer Service is excellent. They call you with every detail and provide progress of your vehicle. I have never had any issues and always refer my friends to them. Will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs.

Replacement of ac and heater blower, the owner Donnie gave me Great install price and the technician Paul kicked butt and installed it in minutes! Also saved me hundreds from what the dealer wanted to charge.
