Jaylene is not only extremely easy to explain your situation at Allstate w her VAST KNOWLEDGE but in the Lord's name if it wasn't for her calmness, very intelligent ways of helping me I would of changed my insuranyBUNDLE w them which I had committed to another company but I immediately cancelled and back to Allstate. She was above and beyond kind(most) important and understanding. So TY Jaylene!!!!

Allstate is terrible. I have been a customer of allstate 3 years . I had home and auto. They cancelled my home insurance without reaching out. Premiums are double other insurance companys ( in Jacksonville).
Customer service is non existant. In 3 years can never speak to a human being.
You need to chase to get a call back and you better hope nothing bad happens to you over the weekend.
I would recomend anyone looking for insurance go somewhere else.

As did most people, my Homeowners insurance went up considerably. I called Jaylene at my Allstate office and she immediately went to work and found me another company with a lower rate. She made the transition so easy and effortless. So glad I made the call.

As a homeowner in Florida, my insurance company cancelled my homeownership insurance even though I had no claims during my time with them. They were exiting most coverage for homes older than 5 years.
Brenda Chamberlin, owner of my agency, assigned Jaylene Bertrand, an excellent agent, to help find a company that could provide coverage needed for us before the cancellation date. After much work and with a smile, she provided the company and the coverage I needed, and at a lower cost!!!
