I am sorry to give them 1 star... They have been giving me a run around for months to a contract that doesn't even exist! I am not sure what contract class they studied ..not even implied! The services isn't being provided. A bunch of liars. I get pushed to a sale rep that doesn't respond (4 months later) doesn't even follow through. Anyway, won't tell me supervisor name, etc. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEST CONTROL SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE TREATED.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !! I CALLED BECAUSE OF FLEA PROBLEMS AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLING ME IT WASN'T IN MY PLAN !! 10 WEEKS LATER STILL HAD FLEA'S. I FIRED THEM THRU CARLEY AND OTHER'S VIA EMAIL ( MY RECORDS ) THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME
!! TODAY THEY SAY THEY TREATED MY YARD WHEN I FIRED THESE IDIOTS WEEKS AGO !! SMH

Most expensive rip off ever. My Builder paid for a 1 year termite bond and then when I set up annual service, they charged me and I paid again. So basically they got paid twice for the annual termite bond. I'm keeping the termite bond but will never use their service again. So EXPENSIVE and not worth it.

I used to have Brandon Pest Control. They were very good and reliable. Turner Pest Control bought out Brandon a couple of years ago. The service was neither reliable nor very good. Sometimes they would show up when I told them not to.

I have been paying Turner for 2yrs now. I pay for their termite bond, pest control and lawn care. Granted, my yard has Bahia grass so I know it's garbage to begin with. But, I have been paying them to control the weeds in my yard. My yard now has more weeds in it than what it did before I started with them. I have called a couple of times to complain about it. They sent someone out to re-spray the yard. Even after that the yard was FULL of green, healthy weeds. I am not happy with their services and would not recommend them. I cancelled all services with Turner and went with another service provider. So we will see what they can do differently.

Would get zero stars, worst pest company, terrible customer service, managers unhelpful, employees are idiots, communication is terrible. Would never reccomend this company.very dissapointing.

STEER WAYYYYYYYYYY CLEAR OF TURNER PEST CONTROL. Horrible business practices. They are deceptive about their billing to get you to sign up and they know it.... telling you it's a start up fee and then $50 a month .. they come out tri-annually and that you can cancel any time and stop payment anytime. Tried to cancel and they're telling me that I have to continue my monthly payment through FEBRUARY to cover the last service that was completed..... it was never explained to me that each service was a set amount that was technically being financed over 4 months. I didn't even need nor want the service completed on November 2nd but figured I could just let them keep me on the schedule and cancel before the next billing cycle because I was already scheduled. Well jokes on me because letting them spray around my front door and bushes has cost me $169 and now I'm stuck paying it for 3 more months!!! If I change my bank info they told me they will send it to collections. The reps I spoke to definitely know they are being deceptive. They have you sign a docusign thru email WHILE on the phone signing up so there is no thorough reading of the service agreement prior to signing. Do not take their word. I will never take a representatives word on what they say is what I'm getting. The supervisor was no help either. Also the shit isn't even worth it because it's over priced and doesn't fix the issue to begin with spend your money on your own supplies to do pest control. You'll be thanking yourself in the long run. Soooooo dissatisfied with this company and pest control is a scam

Was paying $60 a month for termite control and insect control. We still got ants in the house. And I just inspected the in-ground termite traps and THREE (out of 8) were NOT baited properly! Pics show new traps (which I recently bought) and one of their traps I pulled out of the ground! Each trap should have some wood in it, as well as a bait container. Their useless traps containd no wood, and the bait containers were empty, just filled with dirt. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Very dissatisfied with their service and cannot recommend... Someone came out once for a full cleanout for the interior and exterior (2000 sq ft house and a 1.5 acre land) which took 15 minutes. The technician performed a quick 'service' and sat in the car for 45 minutes on his phone. My roach problem was not eliminated or even decreased after that visit. In addition to that, I was told they do not have the equipment available to complete the initial service and would come back when it is in, but had no information or estimated time when it would be available. Of course I was not told about their lack of equipment until the tech was done with the first service. Why charge a full fee and offer incomplete services? I cancelled the services after that first visit, since it was a joke. I was also charged 3 separate fees totaling $641 and no refunds were made when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Turner Pest Control and their poor services.

They didn’t do their service properly, that’s why I canceled my subscription. But still charging monthly fee. I suggest you all be careful. Don’t give them your credit card or bank informations. Otherwise you’re not able to reach out someone or you can’t solve your problem. I couldn’t understand how they got these reviews!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have check the better business bureau. This company is completely fraudulent. They will invoice you for services that they do not do. They will not help with any type of pest control. They will invoice you after you cancel your service they will send you to collections after you pay them 50 other people agree with what I was saying on the Better Business Bureau website, they offer no customer support. No one cares this company should and will be out of business very soon.

Turn Pest Control has to be the worst business operation I have ever come into contact with. I regret my decision to allow them to work on my property in the first place. The technician was unprofessional and the billing department has been harassing me for about 4 months now for services that were not rendered. As a small business owner, I am ashamed I ever gave them any business at all. If I were the owner of this company, I would be appalled by how I am allowing my employees to manage day-to-day operations. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. There are much better pest control services out there, I assure you.

I was looking into termite prevention and contacted them. They strongly reminded me that the annual termite bond was due for renewal, even though I bought the house 6 months prior. When I asked for clarification about the termite bond, I found that there was no clear information provided about which termites are covered by the company. While it states that about 50 termites are not covered, it fails to specify the types of termites that are covered. This lack of transparency is concerning, as customers should have a clear understanding of what they are paying for. Additionally, I discovered a clause in the agreement that states the termite bond will be immediately canceled if any termite activity is not reported within two days. This requirement is quite unreasonable, as it can be challenging to detect and report termite activity within such a short time frame. I reached out to Turner Pest Control 5+ times (by email and phone) regarding these concerns since April 19, 2023, but I have yet to receive a response. Furthermore, I contacted Turner Pest Control to inquire about pre-treatment options. They arrived at my property without any prior appointment, which was quite inconvenient. During the conversation, they repeatedly mentioned that the cost for pre-treatment would be $150, but it turned out that this was actually the minimum cost, and the final price could be higher. Overall, my experience with Turner Pest Control has been disappointing. The lack of clarity regarding the coverage of the termite bond, the unreasonable reporting requirement, and the misleading information about the pre-treatment cost have left me unsatisfied with their services. I hope the company takes steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future.

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month - and I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!
