I went to pump gas using tap pay and was charged 5 cents just for using tap pay. I went inside and told cashier that pump # has malfunction and was told to go get gas elsewhere because I’m complaining about 5 cents. I couldn’t believe the customer service, I know it’s morning and most people are grumpy in the morning but wow. Just a heads up to pay inside or use cash and keep an eye on pump meter they’re not accurate.

I had to go to three different pumps. The first one wouldn’t except my payment. The second one had a broken screen and the third one took over 10 minutes to give me $15 in gas. I don’t wanna go back there again terrible…. And when I went inside to let the lady know there was something wrong with the pump. She told me it’s the homeless people in the area beating up the gas station because she told them they can’t sleep there.
