Called to see if their air pump worked. The man on the phone was extremely rude and had no customer service skills and said it was outside sorry and hung up instead of going out to see if it actually worked. Maybe if people were nicer around here I wouldn't have to leave poor reviews. Unfortunately Jacksonville seems to be home to a lot of ignorant and ill-minded people. Avoid.

The car I was driving today at noon was running hot. I went in to get Anti freeze, but remembered my nephew had put water in it. The guy behind the counter was watching me through the window. I asked for water he said it was in the bathroom, when I asked where it was he continued to be rude and said I was asking too much. I use to live in this area and use to frequent this station when Sunni was there. But I will never come here again after he treated me so rudely.

Going to this station for years. Gave them a 10 for a $3 lotto ticket and was given $2 back. . Owner pulls a 5 out of the register and states, “ this is what you gave me “. Right.. watch your bucks .
