I have had multiple HORRIBLE experiences in this store. Unfriendly cashiers, none of the employees speak or respond when you talk to them. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful, The prices if items inside the store fluctuate depending on who's working. For instance, Arizona teas are $2 plus tax in this store when everywhere else, they only cost $1... This store has very questionable business practices and I will be contacting the BBB as well as BP corporate office to address these concerns, as well as the the rest of the negative experiences I have had almost every time I shop at this particular location on Merrill Rd... I will NEVER spend another penny at this location and I will also warn everyone in my local area to be aware of the SCAMS and horrible service at this store.

Not even remotely surprised to see the bad reviews for this place. It was an exact reflection of my experience and it was with the owner himself, Sam.I wouldn't shop at this place even if it was around the corner of my house. These guys don't have moral business practices and are looking to make a sleezy dollar off any customer that walks through their door. Not to mention the owner is a quite rude person, even though he directly benefits off me spending money in his store. Which, I still bought something even though he was rude to me. You're welcome

Shady that they conveniently don’t have a display sign showing the gas prices. They’re twenty cents more than the gate down the street.

Thos location has always made me question how they do business. Been using this location due to proximity to our home, but today is the last day we will use this location. Since the gas pricing increase, this location does not have the BP sign with prices turned on. You do not know the price per gallon until you pull in and look at the pump. Today price of premium gas was $5.19 gallon, insane! Racetrack down the road was 50 cents less per gallon. This owner dies what he wants, so I will contact BP head quarters to share my concerns. Everyone beware of deceptive practices!

This store closes down every night at 9:30! It’s ridiculous, if you have hours posted and you have customers that pull up EVERY night at 9:40-9:45, then you should STAY OPEN FOR YOUR POSTED HOURS!

This place closes whenever they want to and it’s always way before 10pm and sometimes they won’t even let you in the store, just expect you to talk to them through the window.

I always stop in for gas and lotto and a young man always has a bad attitude bad service . I commented he should smile and be more friendly he said he had a bad day .. But your always like this . He cursed me out his words were f*** you don't come back in he was even gonna step out of the counter and the other employee stopped him like intimidating a Customer bad business bad service wont be in any longer and will post this ever were ....

Don’t buy any vapes from this gas station!!!Purchased a vape from the store $13 , they clearly have a sign on the door saying no refund or exchanges if u leave the store , the old guy with the glasses told me to try the vape out before I left to see if it works! The vape tasted burnt ! Meaning it’s a bad vape , I asked nicely to exchange me for a new vape . He said you just put your mouth on it so I can’t do anything!!! Why have me to test it out In the store then say you can’t do anything about it !!! ?? Basically you robbed me out if my $ then set me up to test it out . I threw the vape out right in the store and he then said Thank you ! Well , I see you all are dishonest people and crooks . I don’t want any business with you all anymore!!

Went to this store and am out was 42.37 they charged me 2 times for the sane amount and refused to refund the second charge do not shop or go to this store

This is the most friendliest convenience ⛽ station store. They are clean, its a diverse family owned business, the products they sale are current, at most visits you can find whatever snack you want and if not just let them know and you can be sure on your next visit it will be there and i like the fact that they have a Hispanic food truck that makes great taco salads/tacos/quesrito! They say HELLO ? to every customer and always say GOOD LUCK! whenever someone purchase a lottery ticket...i think it is one of the top 5 convenience gas station in the city. Great job, Grand Central Station in providing our community with good quality service and doesnt discriminates.

6/11/18 7:26 p.m. Store just put in 2 lottery machines and a scratch off machine. The cashier was so rude and had an attitude when I handed him my lottery slips. I guess I was playing to many. I asked him why did you put in 2 machines if playing the lottery was a problem. I should be able to play as much as I want if I can pay for it. I will not be back to spend another dime.. One way to push customers away !!!!

The only place opened on Monday after Hurricane Irma. They had everything we needed. Literally everyone was out and the lines were so long! The staff handled everything very well.
