May 2023. Gas would not pump. Seems like they are out of gas but still have sign out front with price. Go to racetrack or somewhere else.

WARNING: At least one employee is involved with card skimmer. I used to frequent here but several times I was the victim of card skimmers on the pumps. The last time i used them, a BP employee (older white male, bald, mustache) ran out and tried to make small talk while watching me input my PIN. When I got home, there was another failed attempt at withdrawing money from the card

This gas station is dirty and disgusting and I cannot believe with all of the corona issues going on that no one has even bothered to wipe anything down. Also do not go to the race track down the road they are just as bad

I'm a resident of the area for the last 7yrs I know the 2 previous owners. This new owner and management is horrible ... There's only one bathroom in the facility and they have a fake sign claiming out of order.... I have sat there and watch both workers lock both doors and go use the bathroom. As a customer that I stopped there to pump gas there daily is unethical what they are doing some us have the urge to used a bathroom when stopping at a rest stop to pump gas... For most I feel insulted that plaintly lying in my face...... 😡😡 😡😡😡 a very angry customer !!!! Updated. I came back today 4/2/2019 for gas and since we had an issue last time he shut off the pump on me did notice that since I exposed him about bathroom they removed the out of order paper... there business practice are real unethical... had a few words with him and decided to go some where else.... Hopefully gonna take this issue to corporate office. Still an unsastify customer 😡

Growing up, I can remember my mom only going to specific gas stations. I didn't understand it but I didn't question her either, I had sense not to do so. Since that time, I've come to find myself doing the same. One thing I can appreciate about BP is their rewards program. I do know that there are other gas stations that offer a similar program but at the time, I couldn't pass up a thirty-five cent discount on gas. Over the past year now, I've been able to average in between four and seven cents with every twenty gallon fill up. That may not seem like much but with the way gas prices were in 2018, I dreaded trying to fill up. I kept my BP card on my person at all times! Just over a month ago, I noticed BP is offering services on their mobile app. As long as I'm able to check-in Yelp, I am also able to log in my gas and continue to get rewarded as well!

This company pretends to care but its impossible to get a referral from PHP. This is their own insurance company that doesn't want to pay. It took me almost a year to get them to pay there portion of hospital stay. I had to file complaint with state of Florida to get them to pay. They gave every excuse not to pay. there's maybe 2 people on the whole organization that care everyone else could care less about you. All about money

Best Gas Station in Jacksonville. Beats most gas prices, ALL of the employees there are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service on every shift. Owner Grant deserves BP owner of the year award. Keep up the great work guys!
