With the horrible storm and traffic headed in my direction I wasn't paying much attention when I went to the register. However once I got home and looked at my receipt I was charged $4.00 for a small body armour drink and $5.00 for a small power aide. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone by phone but someone has some explaining to do. Always be sceptical when the cashier rings up your items from the other side of the glass and a small little hole in-between the partician making it impossible for anything to be scanned and from looking at my receipt I think this guy must have guessed on the cost because I can buy that same drink for less than $2.00 anywhere else.

Stopped in here tonight and exchanged a propane tank. Joe was absolutely wonderful. The store is clean and because of Joe, and his amazing customer service… I will only get gas here from now on!

They take Kroger gas points and I usually get a little bit better gas mileage from their fuel. I don't like how they use green pumps on gasoline, but can't win them all.

I love that this gas station is always on the upside list and is conveniently located right next to Interstate 295. It also has a Dairy Queen and a place for trucks to refuel

The young man that works evenings is very rude. A customer gave him a 20 dollar bill and paid for his items. The cashier called him back inside and said he gave him a 10 dollar bill and tried to take his money back. I was standing there the whole time and I told the cashier it was a 20. The cashier told me not to ever do that again.

I was there bp store 2 days ago. There is a lot of good staffs there, these guys have good customer service, the bathrooms are clean, different kinds of dirinks, snacks, that is good I like that bp store.

Seems the guy behind the counter lacks the ability to be friendly and welcoming. Everything else is ok. .just need to be more happy and inviting to customers ?
