Went there friday night after work to pick up somethings and swipped my CSI visa card and i thought i put it back in my wallet but the next day i realized it was missing so i went back up there to retrace my steps and ask the cashier has anyone returned a visa card but he said no so i had to cancel my card ...next time ill be more careful because ppl these days will not stop u and tell u that u forgot your card on the counter ..

Rudest customer service ever! I went there and paid for a full service car wash. A State Trooper was ahead of me in the car wash line and his car went through fine. However, when it was time for my car to go through, as my car was soaps up, the carwash froze up. The brushes wouldn't move the water, would not spray, my car had suds all over it, so there was no way to get it rinsed or dried. So, we called the inside of the store from the car and told them what was going on and she told us to pull on through. After doing this, I pulled up to the side of the store and went inside, of course, assuming I would get a refund since my car was sitting outside covered in bubbles. The clerk was very rude. She refused to give me a refund, stating that the car ahead of me had just gone through so the carwash had to be working. I then asked her to come outside and look at my car so she could see that it had not been rinsed and it was very soapy and I could not get the soap off of my windows. She still refused to come outside, nor offer me a credit for another wash, when the washer was fixed. I asked her for her name, since her name tag was covered by her hair and she refused to give it to me. Another customer in the store could see it through her hair and he gave me her name at that time. Then, I asked for her Regional manager's name and she refused to give that to me as well. She told me to give her my name and phone number and she would have the regional manager call me back to discuss what to do about the car wash. I didn't hear anything for 2 or 3 days, so I decided to call the station myself. The clerk on duty at that time, had no knowledge at all of what had occurred. So, he could not help me. He again, took my name and number and promised me a call from the manager. Again, I never received that call. I will never again will go back into that BP station and I am telling all friends and family to never use that BP station. Not only was one clerk very rude to me, but another clerk at a different time, was not even willing to offer me help to get my situation taken care of. So, he was rude as well! Stay away from the BP station on Normandy folks! Rudest clerk's ever!!!

The owners of the store are terrible the lady speaks no English and if cigarettes have a 50 cent off promotion I should get 50 cents off right. No .... And this is the third time the first time the lady June snatched the promotional cigarettes out of my hand and gave me a regular pack. Do not go there they are cheap and rip u off.... I work in the same plaza my employees and everyone else shops with them... You would think they would be more inviting. Terrible store

The service the worst ever the clerk June was very unhelpful, no customer service very bad manner and she was yelling at me when I was in need of help. I have never been treated so badly in my life in any stablisment. You only have a star for the other time I had been in the store sorry but I don't think I will be back.
