Stopped by Boxlunch after Caffeine and Octane outside and Carly greeted us. She was super sweet and friendly and showed us some merch we walked right past. We stood and talked with her for a bit, definitely going to come back thanks to her! Very personable and knows her stuff. Thank you Carly for being an amazing person!

Horrible experience. I wanted to purchase something they advertised as in stock on the website after I paid I never got an update and when I inquired they told me my item would be shipped even though the website says it can be picked up locally. When I asked for my order.to be cancelled so I could buy it from another vendor that does have it in stock I was told my order was being processed and could not be cancelled . Terrible experience false advertising what's in stock and what's not. Beware if you order online.

The employees here are the star of the show. I shop here very frequently and all of them remember my name and are always super kind and always help me with whatever they can. I shop here for funkos, clothing, to even keychains. I always love the atmosphere because it's very family friendly and in the years of shopping here, I've never had one bad experience. I recommend shopping here if you're close by!

They have a lot of high quality merch, but most is overpriced-- so they compensate with many specials, discounts, bucks earned, rewards, and exclusive deals, and wait even more...spin on the app for more lucky savings.....but NONE of them can be redeemed together. Wait, what? If I earn bucks (your form of redeemable cash rewards), they can NOT be used as payment with ANY other discount??? You say I am so lucky because I can get an extra 25% off my order for a spin at your wheel, but I cannot use my reward bucks with it. So if I am using the oh so oh so special bucks that I EARNED from paying your gorged retail priced items, they don't work for your discounted prices. You discount an item by 40% but I cannot use my bucks for that either. I can only use the "earned bucks" on NON-discounted items and with no other special that I had to spin for. So you need to have more upfront disclosure about your bucks. Make sure that everyone knows the the earned bucks can only be used on your full price items, because your flashy discount teasers bring customers in-- but the customers who have "earned" company bucks from buying from you previously--cannot take advantage of the sales. I guess I just don't like how you try to reel in customers. It's your tactics, I don't like, but I do like your merchandise. You will say it is all fair and to read the fine print, but it just honestly takes all the fun out of shopping with you. It just leaves a bitter taste every time, and that's not something I want to go back for.

We visited BoxLunch after watching the new Spider-Man movie so that we could get some merch for our favorite characters. I knew it would be the best place to go and they didn’t let me down. I love coming here for all of my nerd-related needs. The staff is always incredible and happy to talk about whatever franchise you may be into.

We routinely drive 2 hours to visit the BoxLunch The Avenues location. Carly is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. The store is always clean and well organized. The selection is great as well.
