Jackie had the worst customer service and I would highly recommend someone retraining her because she is far from a professional and I will never do business with another boost because of my experience from her. Never go to this store it won’t be worth it I promise

I am so impressed by the service I received today. Jackie went above and beyond! She certainly needs a raise. I work in customer service so I notice when someone is good at what they do and she is wonderful. I will forever come to this store just for Ms. Jackie. Thank you Ms. Jackie!! Boost Mobile well I've been with them ever since the walkie-talkie change my number only three times I like boost it works better than Metro you can go out of state it does get fuzzy for a minute but then it switches over to whatever state those towers are in and as far as the store I love the store the lady in there is always very polite and I avoid going to other stores then this one because she's my dog in there and she gives you the hook up not for free but if you do spend a good amount she will give you a discount and hook you up like I said pretty awesome I went in there one time and told her that it was my daughter's very first phone you know she was just turning 10 and I wanted to get her a nice phone and blah blah blah and daddy only had enough money for the phone my girl inside there hooked me up with a case screen protector and a nice charger so go check her out they do good business I will never go anywhere else

Not being very impressed with the workers there I went in to switch services they charged me $25 for a phone set up the girl at the counter opened the box called the phone make sure it rang handed it to me and says here you can log into your Google and you can set everything up yourself.

Me and my bf came in this store I've had boost for years customer service was horrible I was told by Keundra to add my bf to my plan and get his new phone I also had to upgrade my phone then whenever we ask for the 5G phones we weren't told that they were out of stock of the 5G one and was sold a 4G phone of the same model and she set them up for us and everything so we didn't even realize that she had given us the 4G one and not the 5G assuming that she gave us what we asked for she set them up and didn't hand them to us until we was walking out the door where we had other things to do that day it was my boyfriend's birthday so we didn't even realize until we had got home in Georgia from Florida where we bought them. We then drove back to Florida to the store to try to get it fixed the next day and was told that they were the same phone when in reality they don't have the 5G software so they're really not the same phone the 5G phone is faster and we got home to have no service because we weren't given what we asked for Then the store didn't want to follow the seven day in store return policy and told us that we couldn't return or exchange the phones that we were sold even though they weren't what we asked for. Which ended in us just leaving from boost and going to a different provider so that we could get what we wanted to begin with.

Me and wife Purchase two phones this last Sunday (7/11/2021)!! We where way overcharged And was told that it was Absolute requirement that I had to purchase the screen Protectors and cases with the phones that we could not just Purchase the phone by themselves without the Screen protectors And cases for $20.00 each ($80) $59 for each phone ($118) plus ActivationFees ($60). We didn'tRwant to purchase the screen protectors and casesBut the clerk said it was a requirement for all stores The grand total.That we paid when we left was $326. My wife called two other boost stores it is not a requirement we where lied too and they will not give us our refund back for being overcharged ...
