The woman (term used loosely) that was working there was very unprofessional very abusive and stupid to add a few things. I left there and went to the 103rd Street boost mobile and the lady there was very professional and helpful and was able to provide the service that I needed. The people that work here are real @$$ holes It wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. my best advice go somewhere else.

I had a great experience, with a female employee who was so sweet and helped me with the whole process of changing my phone service over as well as making sure I understood everything. Honestly she was the best part of changing my service,(including the deals lol). 11/10 I had a great experience, best customer service ever!!!

I went in last month to pay my phone bill and the lady behind the counterclaim to be the owner. The lady was insane was screaming and yelling for no reason. That made me go to Metro and have my phone turned on there. That was the second time I experienced that woman. I will never go in that store again even when I do go back to boost. The owner there's no way she's the owner and acts like that.

Arrived a hour before closed and only 1 customer in front of me and staff told me they were closed to try another store to get taken care of for what I was searching for a new phone. And still haven't gotten.

Great customer service when I wentGot a great phone for a great price and even though there was some trouble shooting to be done , a little patience, and a very sweet employee took care of me as quickly as things played .Would highly recommend as she took care of me and getting my new phone and service adjusted.Thanks Lakesha!Very happy with my new phone!

I was there 06.20.23, same day as the guy below and the lady was very rude and practically unhinged. She was belligerent because I actually came in there seeking assistance. I had my kid with me and just left rather than engage with her. She was still yelling as the door closed.Idk if she was on drugs but she had some type of issues going on. Definitely shouldn't be working any type customer service position, IMO.
