My new favorite store in Avondale! You'll find a beautiful collection of cozy surroundings, sophisticated hostess gifts and high quality nightwear. If you're looking for the latter this is really the best place in town. They can also special order things from high end companies like Natori. Prices are expensive but if you're browsing the shoppes at Avondale you already know that. There is a good selection of sale pieces available too. The salesperson (not sure if it was the owner or not) was very attentive and kind, and even the other patrons in the store were nice. I purchased some sleepwear and they included some gentle laundry detergent and gave me good advice on how to keep everything in great condition. Overall I was very impressed with the curated selection here and will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love this store. They have everything I need from gifts to candles, to THE best stain solution ever (especially with two toddlers), and I get all my linens from here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am a customer for life.

The ladies are so friendly & helpful. My husband shopped here for gifts to give me. The items they have here are super nice. One of my gifts was a down filled pillow which you can hardly find. Thank you ladies.

I bought three rugs from Bonne Nuit about a month ago. Only one of the rugs were true to image on their website. I spent over $600 dollars and the one 36 X 90 Pattern 21 color Zeitgeist was very light and looked nothing like the image on their website, which was very vintage. They are called VINTAGE VINYL CLOTHS. The square one 48 X 48 pattern 22 Alexander had a huge mark all the way across the middle. They would not print me new ones, so I am stuck with crap. So, think twice before you order anything thru them. I was very disappointed. AND THE SERVICE SUCKED......Susan Vincent

Bonne Nuit is a wonderful store. My mother shopped her for years and we are happily carrying on the tradition. They have beautiful bedding, linens, towels, lingerie and the perfect place for wedding and baby shower presents!

This store is wonderful and has the best staff! The girls are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to cleaning, smell good things, lingerie, and more! The girls are also helpful with finding that perfect gift for someone and provide beautiful gift wrapping!

I have a house full of boys and Bonne Nuit always has the perfect solution for keeping my home smelling delicious. And they carry The Laundress, which has a wide selection of laundry and household cleaning solutions that make spills and baseball stains a thing of the past. They literally have a solution for everything!

Terrible customer service (owner specifically) but beautiful store. Stopped in last week to check out items for a house I'm decorating in Avondale, gal helping us was very sweet bought myself a few shaper tanks, gifts and toiletries. Went to Orlando with FL family for a 3 day weekend and while in Orlando discovered and wearing one of the shaper tanks I discovered one of shaper tanks was a nursing tank ...!!???, no where on tag did it say nursing tank nor did sales person say anything about it being a nursing tank (don't get me wrong original sales person was WONDERFUL). So once I return to Jax I go to BN and explain to the owner the situation and she basically talked down to me and said she couldn't use it since I had worn it for half a day. Yes I did wear it. Yes it had a little bit of self tanner on it. I can't believe a boutique that relies upon word of mouth and reviews wouldn't want to make their customer happy for a minimal cost. Unfortunate situation as I can't shop in a place that doesn't value their customers and WILL NOT be shopping at BONNE NUIT again. And did I mention I SHOP a lot.
