First time in the orange park location. Very helpful staff, found the right shoes for my problem feet. Highly recommend this store. very clean and what I would call old school service. Where they take the time to measure your feet and get you into the correct shoes.

I had EXTREME foot pain today that I have been dealing with for weeks. 2 years ago I saw my podiatrist and was told what type of shoe I should wear. The lady today June 1 - I feel awful I cannot remember her name, because she listened to me, scanned my feet, and found a shoe that matched the reccomendation PERFECTLY! My foot pain is immediately relieved. I even feel like I'm even breathing more easily. My foot pain is TOTALLY GONE!!! THANK YOU!!!!

I was at you Blanding BLV store and I was service by Mr. Brett Boger and he was very attention to detail explaining everything about the shoes and the quality of the shoes. so, from 1-10 I give 10 as a good customer service.

This was my second time purchasing a pair of shoes from Bogers, the first was back when they were in 5 Points and I bought a pair of Eccos I really liked. While they don't seem to sell Ecco anymore, they do carry other high quality brands. I popped in around 4:15 on May 9 and was worried they would be frustrated with someone coming in so close to closing. Fortunately that wasn't the case as Stephen was most kind and willing to help. Most importantly, he was honest when I inquired about longevity between different materials without making me feel like he was up-selling. The device they use to measure size and pressure is very useful and with that we found a pair of New Balance 990v5 that worked for my needs. I would definitely recommend Bogers if you need quality shoes, custom orthotics, and want to work with professionals.

Marine Veteran 1st visit to the new Orange Park FL location. What an upgrade to the previous location in the 5 Pointes area of Jville. Spacious with restrooms ? and a variety of selections.... a complimentary coffee or drink station would be an additional Platinum level experience

5 star help from Jeff. I needed a new pair of shoes for work (retail) and had poor luck at other stores. Jeff was insightful in his help and had great knowledge about different shoes, helping me figure out sizes, grab different ones and similar ones when they were out and offered to order more. Absolutely love what I got recommended.

Boger's Shoes has been my go-to place for diabetic shoes for the past seven years. I have always received excellent service from either Terry or Brent, who always help me find the perfect shoe for my condition. They are attentive and patient, ensuring the shoe and the orthotics fit me well. I don't mind driving 3 hours to get there because I know I will be treated with care and respect. I highly recommend Boger's Shoes to anyone who needs or wants diabetic or special shoes for their foot problems.

The customer service at Bogers is off the charts! Brett knows his stuff and is amazing. He went the extra mile to get my orthotics done before I had to travel. You just don't find establishments like this anymore, unfortunately. I'll definitely be returning, and will send all my friends there. Thank you, Bogers, for being there and being fabulous!

I visited Boger's Shoes today. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted. The representative, Stephen who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable about their products and about my needs. I give Boger's Shoes 5 stars!!! I recommend them!!!!

The customer service here is Amazing! I buy my toddler's shoes here - the only two pairs that she has that she Wants to wear- nice sandals that can be dressed up or for everyday and athletic shoes - she loves the variety if options. They also make the ordering process easy if they don't have the style or size in stock. For myself, the danskos I purchased are my most comfortable shoe and I get many compliments on the pattern.
