“I called Victor's the morning after I hit a concrete post, denting and dislocating the rear quarter panel of my CRV and destroying the lens cover. Robert advised me I could send in pictures or stop by for an estimate. I went by at lunch (same day), and he not only ordered the replacement lens, but also asked if I had a few extra minutes, proceeded to pop the quarter panel back in place and spent a solid 20 minutes heating the plastic and pulling the dent out. He told me they would need about an additional hour and a half to install the lens once it arrived...with a total cost barely over $100. I was FLABBERGASTED; I expected to spend that amount on just the lens. Highly recommend, obviously honest and kind, communicative (called and left message to report lens arrival and schedule installation), timely, flexible, and fiscally prudent!!! My lens was installed today, and you'd NEVER know I hit a post...THANK YOU, VICTOR'S BODY SHOP!!”

“I arrived at the collision center at 4:45pm with the shop closing at 5:30pm. I had very minor dings on the paint of my XT5. I had the touch up paint. Was it too late in the day for them to tackle my problem? NOT AT ALL, the staff went far and beyond to touch up the rock dings. Such a small job but the staff did not hesitate to get the job done. Their efforts were on helping me, not eyeing the clock. The customer service provided was EXCELLENT! I am so appreciative of their professionalism and that is why Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville now has a very loyal customer!”

“I had no idea what to expect when I came for my appointment for a damage estimate for my SUV, but was so pleasantly surprised! The exterior was nice and clean, friendly but professional. When I walked in, the two ladies manning the service desk were very friendly and approachable. There was a television in the background in case customers had extended wait time, which was tuned to something neutral, which I really liked.
The service professional who came to greet me was very friendly and polite and I could tell that he had years of experience and knew well what he was doing. We went out to my SUV and I explained that the damage was cosmetic and the vehicle is still drivable, so I had not planned to leave it with them today, but to make an appointment for some time in the near future. He agreed and when we went back inside, he left for a few minutes to write up an estimate.
I chatted with the ladies at the service desk briefly, and then my service advisor came out with the estimate printed and he proceeded to go through it with me, line by line, and I had a clear understanding of what would be required, what my financial responsibilities are, and what my auto insurance will pay. I left, thinking what a great place it is and what a good experience I had! I look forward to going back and leaving my car for repairs, and I know I will be in good hands. I would highly recommend this place.”
