I would use another company. I'm a Mom who attempted many times to reach this company to fill my gas tank so I could feed my daughter a hot meal. Even offered to pay an extra fee. They were more concerned with the New Year. It's going to be in the 30's and my daughter will have to eat a sandwich for dinner!!!! This company sucks.

This location has gone down in customer care and communication this past year. They do not set proper expectations and completely waste your time.They were great and we used them for two years. This year when trying to request a new tank, they showed up without one. Then when giving them a second chance they don’t even show up at all. I took off of work to be home. My wife told Jillian she wouldn’t be home and I would be. Nobody asked for my number to call before heading out. Instead they called my wife, while she was at work unable to answer, and just never showed up.After calling to speak with the manager, Carl, he blamed my wife for not answering her phone.We will be taking our business elsewhere. Their lack of communication causes a waste of valuable time on both parties.

We ran out of propane in our RV and couldn't find anyone to come out to us, or for us to go to, until we found Blossman. We broke camp and rode out to them (less than 10 miles from us) and they got us right in, filled up and on our way in less than 10 minutes. Great staff and friendly folks! Now we have hot water and a stove again! Yay!

Had Blossman gas for a few years without issue. Since has was getting incredibly expensive I decided to change to electric. At this time I asked Blossman to come and remove their tank and I also inquired on what to do about all the gas left on the tank, about 52% full on a 60 gallon tank. I was told that they did not do refunds. This does not seem fair. They have the tank and the gas that they will, probably, install in some other residence and will charge someone else for the gas I have already paid at ****** per gallon. This is double dipping or just highway robbery. Very upsetting, to say the least.

I had been using an other company to fill my RV tanks. They weren't open when i needed a refill. I found Blossman online and headed over. When they told me the price At first it was higher then I had paid else where. BUT! When the gentleman was filling my tanks one of the valves was stuck. He fixed it for me and explained how it happens ECT. When I went to pick up the tanks they felt heavier then when i used to get them filled. He explained how most places fill VS how they do it. (Tank purge, open bleed valve ). Ultimately you actually get a full tank. Now it all made sense. My tanks were actually full now, as well fixed valve. End of the day. I got way better service. For then end price its worth it. Ill see them soon.

One of the best customer service companies I have dealt with in a long time. Close second to CFA. From the sales rep Brandon to the installers (David), these guys were top notch. Explained how propane works to my kids in case of emergency and everything. Highly recommend. Thank you! I have referred several people already and switching a business account to them also.

I was having difficulty with my tankless water heater on a Saturday. I called Blossman and left a message with the answering service. In a couple minutes Tony, the service technician called me back. He came right out and in a minute had determined the problem and immediately corrected it. Tony was friendly and professional. He is great. Thanks Tony.

Blossman gets zero stars. I have had installation problems, defective tank problems and billing problems over the past two years. Whenever there is a problem, Blossman charges the customer. Now they have doubled the tank rental fee without warning. Will look for a better propane company.

During this pandemic, they decide to double tank rental fees. Could’ve waited till things are semi back to normal or at the very least increased them gradually, not doubled!! Terrible time to take advantage of your customers, who may be already struggling to pay bills. You should be ashamed.
